Our new dog chewed on some electrical wires in our backyard and I was terrified that it was going to be an expensive fix. We emailed Sal around noon and he was at our house at 4:00 clock. He was great at communicating with us the entire time. Upon looking at the damage Sal told my girlfriend that the wires went to our sprinkler system and that the repair job was so simple we could do it our selves. He then showed us how....and didn't charge us anything! In a world where everyone seems out to nickel and dime it was great to see someone kind enough to help out two naive humans who don't know the first thing about wires. Professional and courteous I only have great things to say about Sal's customer service.

I truly recommend saul , I usually don't put comment, but this man deserves a shout out! he is very knowledgeable when it comes to electrical services, he was able to fixed our electrical issues in the house. Sal really came to our rescue. It was a Sunday and we were out of town and the electricity went out at our rental home and of course it was 106 degrees in Manteca. He promptly called us back and even though he was booked, he knew we were desperate because our tenants were without electricity in this heat. He went to the home within 30min and assessed the issue. He called us back and told us the part would take about a week to get, which was stressful to hear, but he gave us another option where we could replace the entire panel it was more expensive but it could be fixed by Wednesday. With no other choice we opted for the quicker fix, but the next day he told us that he called around and was able to find the actual part and to top it off be able to fix it by Tuesday. Long story short he finished as promised and problem solved. Thanks Sal!

Sal was very professional and courteous. Also, had a high level of integrity. Was on time and got the job completed quickly (I switched from one old fluorescent tube light to two led fixtures). He helped me out when I was in a bind with no lights in my bathroom...which wouldn't have been SO bad but I have a toddler, so bathing in the dark isn't ideal. He fit me into the schedule quickly without even knowing my toddler dilemma. It was obvious he cares about his customers and simply wanted to deliver the best service possible. We were in a slight jam, due to some emergency repairs on our home. We needed to install 50 Amp service on the side of our house, so we could stay in our trailer while the repairs were made. The owner Sal is awesome! I called and set up an appointment for a quote and he arrived on time! I wanted him to add some outlets in my garage and one in the house and rewire an outdoor outlet. His quote was very reasonable! We set up a day to do the install, and he came and installed everything I needed. The job looked professionally done and had a great finished look! Sal is an excellent worker and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I'm actually going to have him do some more work and he's doing a quote for my parents. Get him now before he's booked!
