Had 3 smoke alarms that needed to be replaced including one 20' high. Elite was super responsive, had very fair pricing and took care not to scratch the wood floors or walls. Contacted them for help with a wireless garage ceiling storage lift. Tno, the Electrician drove over after the planned crew was delayed at a previous appt. Awesome customer service vs. just rescheduling. He determined 1 of the 4 relays was closed. Theory was it shouldn't have been. This gave me a great lead on who to contact next to replace the relay via some soldering. Good news it worked and if I would had to replace the entire lift it would have been quite a pain both in getting it done and in the pocketbook.

Even though my situation wasn't something he normally does his troubleshooting was key to getting it fixed. Great to work with.

Very happy with the service Tino provided. He was on time and kind enough to wait a little while for me to get home, after picking up someone up who's car had broken down. Tino replaced a light switch and three exterior lights. He worked quickly and caulked around the outside light fixtures beautifully. The cost for the work was very competitive and we already plan to use Elite Electrical Solution again for additional work.
