Wow! Seriously impressed. Today I had multiple z-wave smart dimmers and smart fan switches installed. Professional, intelligent, kind, knowledgeable about all things electrical (including Smart Homes) and honestly one of the nicest guys I've ever met. I'm speaking of Chadwick, the master electrician I wish I had met 9 years ago when I moved to Austin. I'd rather have him over for a drink or dinner, because he's an awesome guy, but he's an amazingly intelligent electrician (with a ton of other talents and hobbies - literally he knows a lot about a lot) and he doesn't treat you like the busy electrician that he is. Im injured right now and he helped me put in light bulbs and was kind enough to help me out while I was stuck in a recliner, calling me on my cell phone to make sure the smart switches worked. I'm really glad to have found a great electrician and friend. Thank you for your help Chadwick!

We were in a short option period to purchase a home and had to get an electrical estimate for some major issues that came up in our home inspection report. We were stood up by one electrician and I quickly had to get someone else there during our window period. I found Chadwick on Yelp and I have to say he came through for us and came within an hour to the property and certainly spent some time there to get us a proper estimate to present to the sellers. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and not to mention reliable. We will certainly use him to make all the fixes to our new home. Thank you Chadwick!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. My real estate agent referred me to Chadwick. I called several times with no response. When I finally did get a response Chadwick told me to email him the list of repairs. I did and heard nothing back for days. I called again and Chadwick said he ""found"" my email and would email me back a bid. Well that didn't happen. Chadwick is the WORST ever at follow through. There is ZERO follow through. Seriously Chadwick how long do you think I will chase you down to give you work?

The Electrician came right on time as promised. He charged a minimum for an hour ""normal"" and offered to fix anything els or inspect something cause the switch took only 20minutes to replace. Very nice and professional.

The team at Elite Electric did a stellar job installing a new electric panel after we had an electric pole fall down due to a fallen tree. This involved contacting the city to inspect the work as well fixing some other structural work to be able to install the panel correctly. They were on time, thorough, and very professional. We also needed some help itemizing an invoice for our insurance company and they sent us the information that we needed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing top notch work. Five Stars!

Called and set up an appt, no problem there. Had to reschedule, sending him text messages as there was no phone answer. Never responded to acknowledge receiving my texts, so was finally able to reach by phone and his answer was ""sure, I got your message"" - ??? Rescheduled, and actually purchased parts he requested I get to do our job, then never showed. Never called, won't answer calls or texts. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

We received a referral for Elite Electric last week. I called on Monday - left multiple messages during multiple parts of the day. Called back on Tuesday - left another voicemail. Called on Wednesday and stopped bothering since they apparently are too busy to extend a courtesy call back. It's now Thursday and I'm convinced I'll never get to gauge their products/service so this rating is based on my experience to date. Thanks. We could have really used some help this week.

Amazing customer service by Chadwick and Andrew. Had a problem with gcfi and they just walked me thru on how to solve the problem. It saved me time and money. Thank you so much for all of your help. You guys will definitely be on my speed dial
