I hate to write updates that bring starsI down rather than up. But... what else can I do ?

I needed an electrician and was sooooo happy that I thought I could just pull up Chadwick and schedule an appointment. I called, his VM said please text and I'll get back to you faster.

I called 7 - yes 7 electricians in less than 1 hour. The only time someone actually answered the telephone was when I called Elite. Chadwick answered the phone, was able to quote me over the phone and had an electrician at our home in the AM of the next business day. It doesn't get any better than that!! Well actually it did. When the other electricians actually got back to me ALL of their quotes were for more money. We received a courtesy call when they were on their way as well. We couldn't have been happier with the service! Thank you Elite - you have been permanently saved in my contacts!

I called Elite recently to have them go look at a minor issue at a rental property of mine. Chadwick stayed in contact with me and kept me updated while scheduling with my tenant and then had someone go out to the property. But then it went downhill. I asked my tenant if they had been out there and she said yes but they couldn't finish the job because they needed a part. So I called Chadwick and he said that yes, his guy had been out there and he would give me an update after he talked to his guy. Then he disappeared. That was over a week ago and I have called a couple of times. No response to voicemails and my job is still unfinished.

Woke up today to a stove that wasn't working. I eventually figured out that it was an electrical problem, so I called Elite. My call was returned almost immediately, and the best part was that the guy I talked to asked intelligent questions and quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone. As it turned out, it was a simple fix, but talk about integrity! Based on my experience today, I will be calling Elite Electric in the near future for a bunch of other projects in the house.

Half the electricity in my house went out so I knew the fix was beyond my abilities. I called Elite and Chadwick told me he'd make it out before the night was over. He kept me informed of his pending arrival with a couple calls. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a failed circuit breaker. He then fixed our doorbell that never worked by first finding and then replacing the transformer.

Chadwick was extremely polite and worked quickly. The fact that my two kids wanted to watch and question what he was doing didn't throw him off a bit. In the end, the cost was extremely reasonable. I'm very satisfied and intend to use Elite for my future electrical needs.

Chadwick showed up on time in very nasty weather to work on our doorbell. The last electricians that didn't fix it, (referred from the home warranty company), said ""the transformer was bad."" Chadwick looked at it and we both looked all over for the transformer and could not find it. I don't think the last guys did either and neither did Chadwick. He showed me where the line was cut to the doorbell and how the copper was old and oxidized. He installed a new transformer using existing wiring and made it work. I was very happy to get that fixed and will hire him to set up the lights for the front of our house.

4/7/2014 Addendum: Due to my previous 5-star rating and good experience with Elite Electric I was going to have Chadwick put in some landscape lighting at our house. I made an appointment after the last visit (and the review above) and he didn't show up, didn't call. That was January. Then I rescheduled, took off work to meet him, time came, no electrician. I texted him and then called him and he called me back and said I was on the schedule, but he had forgotten. I asked if he could still make it out, and he said he would try. He called me two hours later at 5:00 to say no he couldn't after all. I was pretty unhappy and will be going with someone else for my lighting. He is a nice guy and knows what he is doing when he does come out, but the last two experiences are going to have me going somewhere else.

After having several poor experiences with previous electricians, we searched Yelp for Elite and their reviews truly lived up. Andrew did a great job professionally fixing problems in a couple hours that others couldn't solve in days. The owners even remembered us when we called for additional service. Truly outstanding service and a quality company!

There are very few business cards that receive a permanent home in my wallet, Chadwick with Elite Electric is one of them.

Andrew showed up on time and provided me an honest and accurate assessment of the time (and cost) that would go into our project. We needed two pendant lights hung, one patio light replaced, and 4 carriage lights to be replaced as well (this required a little bit of chisel work on the sides of the house to make everything look right).

Normally, my wife and I are so detail oriented that we would just tackle these jobs on our own for fear that someone wouldn't do it to our level of satisfaction. I have no buyer's remorse in this situation. Not only was the work done on time, and on budget, but it was also done with the little aesthetic details in mind.

I was very pleased with the work done by Chadwick and his team, and I will be using them and referring them for years to come.

They are OK at best. For 4 rooms that was already pre-wire for 2 switch. The tech replaced a one switch box with a two switch box for 3 rooms. He installed 3 new ceiling fans. They moved 2 existing ceiling fan to the other rooms per my request. The tech was nice and was respectable. But a job that should have taken about 4 to 5 hours, I was charged for 7.5 hours. Thank goodness, that they did not have to rewire to a 2 switch. If so, It would have been very expensive. You think even though it's an estimate when you call, they did not disclosed that they charge by the hour. They don't tell you that they charge by the hour until it's ready to pay (got cha).

Called Elite after hours. Call was returned in under 5 minutes. Appointment was made for next morning at 9 am. Andrew arrived on time and knocked out the work in 20 minutes. Volunteered to do a few other things for me since I had already payed for the first hour.
Very happy would use again!
