Before I contacted Chadwick, I left two messages with another electrician, who never called me back. Chadwick actually answered the phone when I called! Then he was able to schedule me promptly and took care of my faulty switches in less than an hour. To top it off he was very friendly, helpful and reasonable for his services. I will be using him again and definitely recommend him.

Came out to quote a job. Advised that he would send the quote in ""a couple of days"". a week passed, I called and somehow got him on the phone, he said he'd have the quote sent by the end of the week. Another week passed. The last time I tried the number I got the dreaded ""Voicemail for this phone number is full"". Lovely.

Apparently this guy is too busy to follow through on commitments.

I can't speak to the quality of his work but his communication and professionalism leave a lot to be desired. Based on my experience I can only advise you look someone else.

Chadwick called back right away. I'll give him points for that. He told me that he would call before he came out, that didn't happen. Easily forgiven since I happened to be home. I had a hidden plug with a GFI attached... it needed to be reset and then I was back in business. This took all of about 10 minutes. 90 bucks! yes, 90 bucks. And I was given a 20 dollar discount. I understand you need to pay for time and travel, but, let's get serious. Big picture, if I need work done (which I do), that is money that won't go to you based on this experience. That's an absurd amount of money to spend to reset a GFI and it took no time. Chadwick, think big picture-- Austin is small.

I called Chadwick yesterday afternoon, and he was able to come out this morning to install our 220 outlet. The price was reasonable (I obtained a quote from another company that was about double) and the quality of work looks very high to me. Chadwick is a master electrician and clearly knows his trade inside and out. But he's also friendly and willing to answer all sorts of questions. I hope I don't need to call an electrician again for a while, but if I do, I'll definitely call Chadwick first.

I called these guys and a few others on Thursday and didn't get anyone so I left a message. I didn't get a call back but when I called on Friday morning I got Chadwick on the phone. To my surprise he sent one of his guys over less than two hours later. The electrician that came to my place was a nice enough guy and I think he did a good job. I had done everything but actually hook up the connections on my hot tub and wanted a pro to be sure it was right. He told me I had wired the disconnect box alright but he redid it in a better way. The only negative was he didn't really pick up his scraps of wire and stuff in my back yard, but I'll give him a pass on that because it was in the low 40's and raining (he had to have been totally soaked by the end and I'm sure he was freezing). I felt like I got a fair service for the $127 I paid.

As a property manager for a large company near campus, our electrician needs are many and varied. So when I had an A/C unit out and our A/C guy couldn't fix it, I literally called 3 companies before Elite...and received no calls back.

C'MON. I'm trying to GIVE YOU MONEY.

With that said, Elite was different. Chadwick called me right back. He was on property in 15 minutes and fixed the problem within an hour. Another electrician had quoted me a repair that would have cost 10x the amount.

Long story short, honesty and dependable service are age-old ideas...and you can count on Elite to provide them for you.

I went to yelp to check out finding an electrician and read about Chadwick. I got an answer on the first ring. He came to my location even though it was far to do minor work. I had this really crowded closet that had a tiny panel to get into my attic and I said, you can say no, or another time but someday I need something checked out in my attic that the home inspector had said could be a possible fire hazard and the owners never fixed it. He said no problem and crawled up there. He also fixed my ceiling fan and I thought his price was awesome. He really is a great guy. I doubt he can always answer on the first ring but overall, all these good reviews in my opinion are well warranted. AWESOME work!!!

I had a GFCI that kept tripping and called Chadwick find out why. He came by and figured out the cause of the problem within about 10 minutes. (I had been trying for weeks.) I then solicited him for advice on a sun lamp that I was unsure about how to hook up, and he gladly and thoughtfully took the time to check it out for me. Best of all, he charged me half price for the call as he was here for such a short length of time. Nice guy, honest, and a straight-shooter. Highly recommended.
