Great customer service. I called, Chadwick answered and came out the next day to repair/replace an outlet. He even called to say he was running late and check to see if that was ok (it was.) Much better experience than I've had with other service people in Austin.

I've used Elite Electric on two occasions. Once to repair some bad light switches and another time to install an additional outlet and install some ceiling fans. Chadwick was prompt, professional, and did the jobs well and quick. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

I used Elite Electric last week and had a great experience. I had already had our complex handyman come and take a look at the issues we were having with some dead outlets to no avail. Chadwick was very friendly on the phone, let me know when he was running a little late, and came and was able to fix it that same day. Really no complaints and would definitely be using him again.

Called Elite electric today and spoke to Chadwick and explained I really needed to get someone to come update light fixtures in a house I'm about to sell! I also had what I was worried might be some major issues with lights flickering and power surges, also 2 power strips had both gone out at the same time. Chadwick sent one of his senior journeyman over today, yes I couldn't believe it, same day service.

The tech quickly installed 2 new fixtures and replaced 2 ceiling fans. He then proceeded to start testing everything and quickly traced it to my main feed panel box, where he decided to call Chadwick, within 15 minutes Chadwick was onsite! to explain what they had found. The neutral wire was loose and there was black signs of arcing at both ends of the out feed. Chadwick could of told me a high cost and informed me he had to pull permits and would be back, instead, he advised I call austin energy and let's see if they will help and repair for free. (Explaining that you can't remove the meter without pulling a permit, he thought by me calling Austin Energy it might be a shot.... And it worked. Austin energy also gets my kudos, those guys came over within the hour and repaired my panel box!!!

I've had it.. enough is enough. How many times does a person have to reach out to try and get a solid appointment that doesn't flake? We worked together in the past and i was very pleased with the results. So, for my upcoming remodel i decided to give Chad a call.. as the other reviews say, it directs you to text him.. which i promptly did. that was almost two weeks ago! I called back for the third time this morning, he said i should just text him and rushed me off the phone... so I text... AGAIN... annnnd gave a two month completion window!! Still Too busy to accept job or even offer a bid or advice on someone else who could help me. Costumer Service FAIL!!!!! Just as easy to hire someone who actually gives a damn about previous clients!

I needed an electrician and was sooooo happy that I thought I could just pull up Chadwick and schedule an appointment. I called, his VM said please text and I'll get back to you faster.
