Chris was outstanding! I'm very particular and Chris was extremely thorough and detail oriented. It's not often you're excited about hiring an electrician, but I literally told my wife I was thrilled we used him (we got 3 quotes and they were priced in the middle of the three). They installed some unusual sconces that, unbeknownst to me, were of a European design and created some headaches on the install. He was patient, knowledgeable and made sure not to settle until the job was done right. Highly recommend!

Elite Electrical Solutions came to me via my home warranty I have on my rental property. Anyone who has a home warranty knows that it's always risky when a service provider is selected for you. Elite Electrical Solutions was definitely a dream come true. Daisy, in the office, was super helpful and responsive. Glen, the electrician, came out the following day at the time Daisy said he would. Lol. My window was 8a-10a. Glen arrived at 8:02a. He is a complete professional, extremely knowledgeable and was able to problem solve my issue quickly. He is a great communicator. I was so impressed with Elite Electrical Solutions. I hope if I ever have an electrical issue at my rental property again, Elite Electrical will be my provider!

I found them through my home warranty and feel like I struck gold- other than, of course, having an old house with lots of electrical problems. They've come out four times and are always prompt. On one occasion, they accidentally poked a hole in the drywall and when I found it afterward, the head of the company came out to patch it himself without any pushback. They just finished a massive electrical overhaul of the house with great communication the whole way through, including offering and explaining multiple solutions at different prices (including much cheaper options they said they don't do but that other companies might). I was always able to get ahold of someone from their company quickly when I needed more information. As a side bonus, they know the head electrical inspector in DeKalb county which helped make sure things went smoothly when it came to permitting (which they got done in a few days at a time when permit applications are backed up 4 months due to the pandemic). I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

I had an electrical fire in my home which caused extensive damage to my entire electrical system. I was having issues getting a contractor to the house quickly until I spoke with Melissa and Chris at Elite Electric Solutions. Chris and his coworker Moses showed up after an entire day doing an installation 45 minutes from where I live. They assessed and diagnosed the problem immediately and went above and beyond to help me get my house back in order quickly. They were very informative and explained all issues that needed to be addressed - including with GA Power, my insurance provider, and the city inspector. They immediately got to work and fixed the system within 2 days. The job was extensive so this was record timing and their work was exceptional. Chris is a problem solver and gets the job done. The inspector even commented on how well the job was done when he came to approve their work. If 10 stars was an option, I would give it. I will forever be a client of Elite Electric Solutions. The team at Elite Electric is simply amazing! I was assigned to them through my home warranty claim. I put a request in on a Saturday, they called me to schedule an appointment on Sunday, and they fixed the problem on Monday! The customer service is the best I've experienced overall. The team is very knowledgeable, and they took the time to discuss the reason or my claim to assure all of my concerns were addressed. I will definitely be contacting them in the future when I need electric services - hopefully not too soon though :)

Chris and his team are incredible. I had Chris out to my home to investigate some findings on an inspection report. He was the only one of three electricians that gave me an honest (and less expensive) opinion on the issues that were noted. He made me feel very comfortable with the solutions that we landed on and fixed the most annoying issue I had (several outlets not working) by simply reseting the outlets in a specific order (the other two electricians either didn't know to do this or wanted to charge me for it). I was so pleased with Chris's work that I had him back out to install lighting in my home and was also incredibly pleased with the quality of work. Chris was very interested in minimizing drywall damage (there was actually NONE) and was super responsive and consultative to the design/requests I had. I would use them again and again and have referred them to several friends. Office staff, Melissa, is super professional and responsive. Thanks guys!

My wife and I bought a home last summer and have been having an electrical issues with the house over the past 6 weeks. We had had 2 different electricians come out and try to diagnose the problem. The first immediately suggested rewiring the house and adding all new arc-fault breakers - a solution that would have cost us around $9k. The 2nd electrician was through our home warranty. He was only out for 30 minutes and replaced a breaker and left. When the issue repeated itself and we tried to contact him he wouldn't return our calls.

Nick came out through our warranty, ran through a list of scenarios to test to find the problem. While he wasn't able to recreate the issue he did give me a rundown on possible problems (most involving issues with our power company) and the steps we should take - in order - to remedy the problem. He even walked me through the possible problem and the solution in a way that I could understand easily.

I would absolutely recommend Elite to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable and reasonably priced electrician!

I recently purchase a home and am looking for reliable professionals for the maintenance? and upkeep of the house (electricians?, plumbers, ?etc?...). I've definitlely found my electricians.? Chris and Nick came out to do some electrical work and I am beyond pleased. They were friendly courteous and very knowledgeable.
