If you don't mind paying $119.00 service call and then $321.00 to hang ceiling fans. Not two, not three, just one fan. And charged for not being assembled. So $440.00 to hang a fan. The fan was totally organized on a table. Everything laid out. Doing a ceiling fan you don't put it together first. All installers do it different. The installer spent almost an hour trying to talk me into a three way contract service! Juggling figures and telling me it is a deal. I asked if he was on commission. Answer was yeh. Back to the fan he neglected to connect it to the outside switch. He said I don't need that and it would confuse me. Seriously I may be a senior but not stupid. I mentioned twice for it to be hooked up and he just said, no waste of time. Do Not Use

I called today to request a quote for a simple toilet replacement. When I called, I spoke to Donald who stated he wasn't able to provide a quote and would only let me know that it would be $89 to have someone come by and then we would get a quote. I verified that if we didn't end up accepting the quote, we would still pay the $89 and
I am disappointed that there is no transparency for such a typical service situation and do not want to get into a situation where we are stuck overpaying because we have already paid for them to come out.

Some kind of transparency or a range would have been appreciated. Unfortunately the first impression was not great and we will continue looking.

Your commercials are so bad on Pluto TV they keep playing over and over and over and over and over and over and over nonstop until I change the channel and change it back. We can't even watch a movie on demand because of the commercial. When I sleep with the TV on at night it wakes me up playing over and over and over please fix it.
It's really pleasant when it works correctly, it's a shame that this is happening.

I asked for an estimate to replace a 80 gallon hot water heater. On the internet, I could order the hot water heater for $1400. Elite quoted a price of $5,300 to install! So, that is almost $4,000 in labor! At $100 per hour, that is 40 hours of labor to install! It only takes two guys 3 hours to install. I called another company and they installed it for $2,300.

I have been a customer for the past four years. I don't know if something changed or management has changed but I am completely dissatisfied with my last service call. The technician was rude, he identified the problem but then refused to fix it and wanted to charge me $200. I have an annual service plan that I signed up for that this should include. It was a simple draining. He refused to do it. Then I called the company to schedule my maintenance which the technician said I needed to do in a month - then he'd be able to address my issue. I called and was then told that since I didn't renew soon enough that my next service would not be another six months so I'd have to be charged the $200 to clean the AC drain. I've never had an issue like this before. My service plan


has always been automatically renewed. They were completely disinterested in me or my complaints. I asked to speak to a manager and no one called me back so I had to call them after two days. I have cancelled my plan after being a customer for 4 years. Guess they won't miss my business.
