Do not stand behind their product. Bought an air conditioning from them fours years ago, one year later paid 800.00 for some electrical problem that they said is not covered."" I have been without air conditioning all weekend and they could care less. The evaporator coil needs replacing and they say labor is not covered. Another 1,000 dollars. Talked to Barker Air ad they said unit should come with a ten year labor warranty. RUN.. Go to Barker Air!!!!

Horrrriibblleeeee experience. They called twice and texted once all confirming coming out today to do an estimate only for them to never show up and never call me over an hour past the appointment window. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR TIME ALL DAY FOR NOTHING.

They came to my place three times, once to assess the work, once to install work I requested, and finally to FIX the botched job they did.
I like that they did send me a bio and background check on the tech who was to do my work. I like also that they sent me an Insurance Certificate.
First visit the tech tried to sell me a new panel for $3k, which was not needed, as my panel passed inspection just months before.
Second visit the tech showed up HOURS after
my requested appointment.
Third visit, which the company said they could not honor after I waited ALL afternoon, then I asked them to come after 5pm. They wanted to charge me $189 for a visit that they could not honor on time, and would send the tech after hours.
At the third visit, the tech said the botch up was impossible, and they did not cause the problem. The apprentice could not explain what he had done during the second visit to botch the job. I just threw up my hands and told them they were there until it was right. The apprentice finally came to
his senses about what he had botched up.
After the work was corrected, I had to ASK the office for my bill. They had my money up front but never sent me an itemized bill.

Wow what a company. A nice young man very capable Alex came out to see me to fix some electrical issues I was having. First the follow up from the company up to the point of arrival was outstanding. Gave me plenty of opportunities to change apt. Time and date.
I was so impressed with how professional this gentlemen was.
If I owned this company I would see to it he was well compensated because he is a real catch. It also says a lot about the company that they would hire such quality people. Also did a great job I am going to use again for any Air condition issues I may have. Nice to have air and electrical wrapped up in one company

We called tonight (Friday) at 6pm after a terrible storm. Willie was at our house by 7:30 p.m. he was pleasant, experienced and had us up and running in no time. I will definitely recommend Elite Electric to everyone.

We were out of town and came home to a house that was 86°. It was a weekend so we were a little worried about calling an electrician. We called Elite Electric and David Cutler showed up within 10 minutes. He fixed the problem and we were not charged an arm and a leg. I would recommend this company to anyone at anytime if they had an AC problem.

Customer service responded almost immediately ,and a time was set up for a technician to come and check out our problem.
Jordan diagnosed our problem as a drainage clog, and was very knowledgeable.
He proceeded to give us a reasonable estimate.
We were very happy that we chose elite electrical air and thankful that Jordan was our technician.
Jordan was very professional and worked
neatly.
