This company was our subcontractor for the Tesla powerwall batteries we ordered through Swell Energy. Even though Swell Energy was very frustrating to work with because of the long delay in getting the batteries and inconsistencies in their communication, these guys came through on their end. Initially, we had a couple of hiccups in our communication with Ron at Elite. However, once we were good to go and the powerwalls were in hand, they sent us two very nice installers -- Dick and Rainier (not sure of spelling?). When they arrived and took a look at where the placement of the powerwalls would be, Dick made a suggestion that we might be happier with the powerwalls inside the garage since most people install them in the garage where they are more protected. Again, it was just a suggestion, and we really appreciated it. We took the suggestion which meant we had to remove some cabinetry -- but it took my husband and I under an hour to do. Even though the blueprints drawn up with the city had to be revised, they were still able to start on the installation. Install took a bit longer partly because of the change, but we were patient. We worked with Luis Larios on setting up our Tesla powerwall app and also the inspection by the city. Luis was very personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set and happy with the whole experience. Overall, I give Elite a four star rating -- they could improve a small bit with their communication -- otherwise, very pleased!

Elite Electric is the company my solar company contracted to. One of my inverters was not working so I contacted Elite Electric. It took them two months to finally get a new working inverter in. During those two months they did not return my calls, or worse refused to take my call!. They replaced my broken inverter with a refurbished inverter that did not work and they sat on my brand new inverter for 1 1/2 weeks before finding the time to install it! The only good thing I have to say is the installers were nice people.
