Before my five-year, state-approved apprenticeship, I took a year-long course in solar installation. The curriculum covered a significant amount of electrical installation work. I was motivated by my instructor to enter the electrical field because of my ability to produce high-quality work. I started my apprenticeship soon after completing the solar program.

A quarter-century of experience as a foreman and construction electrician
-Completed a California state-approved apprenticeship program in 2005
-Have held a C10 contractor's license in good standing since 2007
-Have held a California general electrician's license since 2005
