We had to work through some issues with EV plug installation, in which the issue actually was on Tesla to get fixed. Nevertheless, Larry returned multiple times to troubleshoot and ensure that our issue was resolved, even with it not being his issue to resolve.

Smoke Alarm Repair. Called on the day after Christmas after two days of listening to that thing. Couldn't fix it myself due to heart problems, but when I called, he was there in less than an hour with a new smoke alarm.
