when I first called I got the answering machine and left a message. My call was returned the next morning. I explained what the situation was with the bathroom which needed grab bars around the tub and shower . Sheila the office mgr was able to get me on the schedule for the next day even though they were very booked.
the 2 person crew showed up to the house on time with all the materials needed to do the job. Although they had to drill through tile on one side of the shower to attach the bars the work was clean and precisely level and strong.
Fantastic work done quickly at a reasonable price.
I would have them back for another job.

I needed a dedicated 20A line installed in my garage so I could use my garage freezer which had been previously tripping my shared 15A GFI. Sergey cut and repaired my drywall from the fuse box to the outlet to get the job done and it was so clean that you can't even tell he did work on it.

The GFI hasn't tripped since the installation.

Sergey was fast and professional and I definitely plan to hire him again for other work.

They recently upgraded our kitchen, which really was our entire downstairs and these guys are awesome. On time, reliable and reasonably priced. Before starting the job we requested 4 quotes and although Elevated Development was not the cheapest, Sergey and his team took the time and did the homework before just throwing out a ballpark number. We had a budget and they worked with us and also gave us suggestions.
A remodel can be overwhelming, but Sergey made the process easy and stress-free!
Highly recommended giving them a call and we will for sure use them for future home upgrades.

First we had this company work on our restaurant in Tracy. They did an excellent job. So when we need some renovation on our house in Antioch, of course my husband had elevated development renovate it. Again ... excellent job. We were so happy with the results. The house looked brand new. They even suggested how we should fix front and back yard . The house sold so fast ! Then our daughter bought a house and needed help with putting in new floors and change the whole kitchen.... excellent ! Excellent ! Excellent !

Sergey and the team at Elevated Development did a fantastic job with fixing our fence! Our fence was slowly leaning in and the recent heavy winds did not help matters and it finally broke down! After getting the names of other ""handymen"" and fence contractors from various neighbors, coworkers etc., and NONE of them returned my calls, we called Elevated Contractors and Sergey called me back the same day! He came out in just a couple days to survey the damage, and sent me a reasonable estimate which met our needs sooner than promised! AND (after agreeing to terms) was able to schedule us in much shorter time interval than originally mentioned! The workers did a very good job, were ""down to business"" while here (no extended breaks, loud music or loud talking while working) and left everything neat and orderly once done. We will definitely call them again the next time I need a contractor!
