We contacted Elekron to install a Tesla Wall Charger for the Tesla Model 3 LR. Rodrigo responded quickly on July 17th and gave us a quote for installing a 60A breaker and the wiring to connect to the Tesla Wall Charger in the garage with Miami-Dade permit costs. We accepted the quote and the installation was done on July 20th. Quick, easy. We will use Elekron for any future electrical work and happily recommend them.

I contacted Elekron to inspect some work done on my pool light and pool pump. Rodrigo explained how all of my pool equipment worked, and explained the safety elements as well. He did go above and beyond in two ways 1) Even though i didn't ask him to look at my landscape lighting when I called for an appointment, when he was there I asked him to take a quick look and he helped adjust the timer and fixed it for me at no charge 2) he even had a follow up conference call to review some of his recommendations with the original electrician that did the work on the pool light and pump. He didn't seem bothered by this at all either even though he knew it probably wouldn't result in any more $ for him. I definitely recommend Rodrigo as a trustworthy and helpful electrician. I have saved his phone number and will be contacting him going forward for any of my electrical needs.

After some failed electricians and researching some reviews I decided to try out Elekron Electric for a breaker problem I was having in my condo. I had two electricians from other companies come before Rodrigo came out and after two contradictory assessments Rodrigo came in and cleared up the situation right away and with ease. He informed me of all the options before moving forward with anything and let me know of each amperage of all the devices I was using to prevent breaker problems in the future. Rodrigo even came back a couple days later, no expense, to exchange a wrong check I used. He even checked with me to make sure everything was working properly before he left the second time. Oh by the way, my wife is a neat freak and Rodrigo is the first serviceman in the area to show up to my condo in booties! Customer service at its finest.

Rodrigo and his team are remarkably professional, courteous, honest and have integrity enough for me to give them the keys, codes and passwords to my home and security system while I am thousands of miles away.
I hired Rodrigo to fully equip my home with security lighting and cams, landscape lighting and interior work which require utmost care (working with antique light fixtures and heavy chandeliers, etc.)
From the initial meeting, to the estimate and how it was broken down to his suggestion to work in phases to roll out the costs and production was just brilliantly executed and delivered. On time as agreed upon, no hidden fees or oversights and a thoroughly professionally technical means of communication, which had me entirely in the loop of what was going on.
Rodrigo is able to assess the best and most cost effective options for security lighting and video and enabled me to make an informed decision as to what to purchase and install.
I had several spot lights, which were high heat producers and installed incorrectly. I had Rodrigo modify the installation of the previously botched job and now I feel like my home is more secure from any potential hazardous electrical issues.
They spent the whole day installing the first phase of security lighting and cams, using tall extension ladders even and am very happy with the results and the smooth flow of communication from start to finish.
James and John are an important backbone of his operation and Rodrigo could not do it without them for sure.
I cant wait to do the landscape lighting now!

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a variety of electric work. Rodrigo came over initially for a circuit breaker issue and after checking everything inside and out, he correctly diagnosed that the problem was with FPL. After FPL corrected my problem, I hired this company to install 2 nest thermostats, a digital sprinkler timer, and install a new surge protector for my home. James was on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, helped me set up all my apps for the new products, and even stayed late to ensure that they all were working properly. Thank you Rodrigo and James for your outstanding work. The next time I need more electrical work done, they are the ONLY company I will call

Rodrigo Mereno sent me a text confirming he was on his way to my appointment, arrived on time, put on plastic booties before entering, clearly explained how he bills a job and had my kitchen lights back on within the hour. A rare bird in my experience in Miami! He also suggested I look into LED kits for the recessed kitchen spots rather than just replacing with LED bulbs. He not only explained how much it would cost me for him to put them in (plus detailing the math) but also suggested I check around for price and brand if I wanted to do it myself. I complimented him on the office manager who had answered my calls. Totally professional but warm and friendly. I got the feeling she was working as much for me (or maybe more) than for Elekron Electric. Turns out she's Rodrigo's wife. While I certainly don't wish any more electrical problems on myself, I know where to call next time. He's also an authorized Tesla installer if you're in need of that sort of work. PS: I called him because of the other glowing Yelp reviews.
