Throughout the last decade, I honed my abilities in programming, marketing, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. Starting as an intern, I moved up to an application engineer, supported by my commitment to learning, featuring trade shows, apprenticeships, internships, and certification programs.

While working as a Database Administrator in the Oil and Gas field, I learned the vital role of cybersecurity and real-time data are in the modern technology landscape.

Shifting to a practical approach, I finished a comprehensive four-year apprenticeship in electrical work, which led to the creation of ELEKproTEK. I broadened my knowledge in the field of electrical controls, including PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI systems. Operating in different environments, I developed the ability to shine, even when I was the sole female or person of color. These experiences sparked the idea for ELEKproTEK. ELEKproTEK, or ""Elect the Professional Technicians,"" focuses on educating upcoming professionals with the skills necessary to drive the future.
