Coming from Chicago, I question what people pay, and the service they get in L.A,. It seems that people just over pay for the simplists tasks. I don't know if people here have money to burn, or they just don't know any better. Hassan came to my house and fixed the wiring in my garage for an excellent price!
He made sure he got it right, and told me ""I will not cash your check until the work is complete!"" That one action said all you need to know about him!!!

We tipped them about 20% for what they did, and they will be our first call if something else goes wrong.

Not sure how we met Hassan but I am sure glad we did, he was very easy to work with and provided great solutions for our difficult situation. We were dealing with power switching between 30A / 15A and Batteries, and toss in a remote control switch for the 30A breaker. He nailed it. Did an incredible job and he is a wonderfully nice guy to boot. Very polite. We've already referred him to our next door neighbor, and I am planning to have him back for my electrical work.

Hassan does an excellent job and is honest. He has many commercial accounts and is busy all the time. There are many companies which do the switch and bait (in other words will give you an unbelievable price for installing lights and then try to tell you that you need to upgrade your panel. Hassan will not oversell you because he is honest to tell you what is needed.
