This review is solely based on the character of these men. I came to visit another business and when I parked I was met with hostility. Unfortunately the businesses all in this industrial area have many workers and many work vehicles. I parked in a parking space near their business and was stared down by a large not so jolly Santa looking man through the window. I waived to him a few times and was still stared down. Mind you they already had 4 company vehicles parked and also had 2 parking spots blocked off with cones. I saw another worker looking in my direction obviously bothered I had parked there as well. I asked him if I had done something wrong. He replied his ""guys"" have trouble parking in the other available spots, which when I pulled in I didn't see any. I reluctantly removed my vehicle afraid of retaliation. Horrible way to start my day being intimidated and made uncomfortable by two middle aged white men much older and bigger than I. They must be amazing with customers but horrible if your just an average Joe.

The technician spent 30min to replace a starter capacitor of a pump. Mitch Cottrell charged me 4hrs labor because ""after covid"" the minimum call is 4hrs + $50 trip. What a total rip-off !!! Never call them again !!!

Needed 3 new outlets for three garage doors. Called for a quote, and received one with details the very next day. After approval, 2 technicians came by exactly on time. They communicated with the Gate company representatives to receive full requirements and verifications (position, amp, voltage, etc.) They then added the new lines, put in conduits through cement walls, positioned each where needed, and marked them. They then gave me details on the work done. All in all, the work took just over a day to complete.

I am very happy with their work, and process from beginning to the end. Prices were reasonable, and all parties I worked with were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I called these guys, and a live person answered. However, he said that he had another call on the line that was important. He took down my number and said he would call back. He never did. Bad customer service right off the bat. Better to know now before they do a shoddy job.
