I've worked with Todor for over 6 years now, back when he was still getting his certifications! He always does great work on my properties, very honest, and reliable. When I've had issues with his work he's always come back to fix it. If I had one criticism of Todor it would be that he's too busy for me now! I recommend him to anyone looking for a reasonably priced professional.

We found Electro-Integrity on Yelp and were really impressed with Todor when he came over to give us an estimate. We have worked with several other electricians in the past but were really impressed with Todor's vast knowledge on dealing with electrical problems with older homes and high level of professionalism. His estimate was competitive to others that we received so we decided to work with him. As other Yelpers have written, Todor and his staff were highly professional, very timely and respectful of our home (they would take their shoes off everytime they came into our home). Todor is detailed oriented and made sure that I was ok with the exact placement of light fixtures on the wall. He also recommended an excellent painter who was equally knowledgeable, professional and great value.

I would highly recommend Todor to anyone and will definitely use him again.

I found Todor on Yelp after I was told that the PG&E service to my house was in terrible shape and ""would come down in the first strong wind."" Living near the beach, it's quite gusty and we needed someone who could quickly and efficiently update the service. Todor and his team are fantastic and full service. He gave me a quote and even contacted the inspectors prior to starting work to ensure his plan would pass inspection. As many SF houses are old, the project was complicated by old, complicated wiring and Todor was meticulous, ensuring everything was properly connected and safe. He went above and beyond but he never increased the project cost. The project required some basic construction and he hooked me up with a great contractor who was quick and reasonable. I feel very satisfied and more importantly, safe.

What appeared to be a very simple job to the naked eye turned out to be a rather complicated ordeal. We had a short time frame to install 220V outlets for our new copiers and after many dead ends Todor was the first person who said they could stop by for the estimate that very day.

He was able to work around our office schedule, provided innovative solutions to some structural difficulties, and was friendly to work with. He was very considerate and detailed in his explanations of electrical terms that I don't particularly understand.

In the end, we met the deadline for installation of the new copiers and everything is working fine.

Todor has done 2 projects to date - adding a closet light (after a bad electrician did a horrible job) and installing a ceiling fan. He is honest and very attentive to making sure that all materials used are up to code and of high quality. Those who work with him are also good. Once an appointment is made, they are on time and very thorough with their work. I highly recommend Todor!

I hired Electro-Integrity to perform a service upgrade on my old electric panel. I needed this to happen in short-order and Electro-Integrity accommodated me. This was a difficult task since it required new ground rods, a new panel and custom-made conduit to bring my house up to code. Todor and his assistant were prompt, professional, communicative and efficient. They were in and out very quickly and left my house tidy and my electric panel complete. I attended the inspection and the inspector was clearly impressed and relieved that there were no issues. Todor is obviously knowledgeable about building codes and methods of implementation. The whole process was effortless on my part and reasonably priced compared to other quotes. They did a great job. I will use them again.

Todor did an excellent job helping me with my condo conversion. He was so patient with the 100s of questions that my neighbor and I both had. I would recommend him to friends and family....In fact I think he is doing work for my cousin right now.

By now, this rave review will be just piling on because every glowing thing that's been said of Todor is consistent with our own experience. But let me say, Todor is the REASON we've created a yelp account (we're first-timers) - just so we can sing his praises.

In addition to being an extremely nice guy, Todor is conscientious, decent, thoroughly dependable and responsive, hard-working, reasonably priced and goes the extra mile. We've dealt with many service technicians over the years in our home, and none compare to Todor.

He recently helped us with a stressful emergency that arose at the tail-end of a remodel project, days before we were supposed to move back home, while our contractor was out of the country (Murphy's law in action). Our dishwasher blew a circuit and nearly caused an electrical fire in the kitchen, complete with sparks, melted plugs, and black billowing smoke. We called Todor, who cleared his schedule, came right away, and diagnosed and fixed the problem (staying late into the evening and I think even missing his baby's bedtime for us). All for an extremely reasonable price. Later, he also helped us out by giving us a written report that we needed in order to deal with our dishwasher manufacturer about the problem.

This is the kind of service you only read about in fairy tales. Hire him, you won't regret it.

I was in a panic as my roommate called me around noon-ish on a Friday stating that the refrigerator and half of the kitchen's electric was not working.

After having her check every possible breaker in the house (it's an older Victorian) I told her to leave it be - assuming that I was unable to adequately describe what she needed to do to check the breakers. I got back home around 5 pm, and after I and my husband checked every possible breaker and fuse in the house - we'd known it was time to call an electrician. But unfortunately for us it was now 6 pm on a Friday... no one answers their phone at 6 pm on a Friday.

We were resigned to having all the food spoil in the fridge, so my husband started to clean it out while I turned to Yelp to look for an electrician. I started in my neighborhood and called everyone on the list to see if there was anyone who'd pick up. By about the 10th person, no one had picked up, (including Todor on the first pass.)

So by 9 pm we'd given up, and assumed that we'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Lucky us... Todor called back around 9:30 pm. He asked what the problem was, I explained, and he said, no problem that he'd be at the house tomorrow (Saturday) between 9 am and 10 am to fix it.

He showed up a little later - other work that went over, and considering that he was fitting us in at the last minute we couldn't be more grateful. (around 10:30 am) He quickly assessed what the problem was, provided some education, (the breaker for the plugs needed to be replaced.)

He said he'd have to run down the street to get the part, but that all told it'd take about 10 minutes to fix.

He was totally professional, patient and educational. All told with labor and parts it was completely worth the extremely fair rate he charged us for ~ 30 minutes of work. I've now got a working refrigerator.
