We've used Electro-Integrity for two jobs now, one smallish, the other even smaller, and understandably they fit us in among larger jobs. Nonetheless they were very attentive to our needs and got the work done quickly and as discussed. The entire process was smooth, from initial contact, to scheduling, to getting it done and meeting with the inspector afterwards. We will not hesitate to contact Todor and Electro-Integrity and recommend them wholeheartedly.

For a month we tried to fix our oven/fuse/ power outlet problem ourselves and then gave in, and started looking for help. We contacted a few electricians on Yelp and G-search; no one returned our call for help. Finally, a neighbor gave me Todor's number.

- Todor picked up his phone right away
- Came over within a couple hours
- He put covers on his shoes so not to track anything onto our wood floors
- He was here for about 3 minutes and fixed our problem

And then he didn't even charge us for coming over.

I received the Best service from Todor! He was informative, efficient and honest. I needed to change my fuse box because the one I had was so outdated. I also needed some other upgrades. Todor explained all the benefits I would get from these upgrades and gave me some online information. He wasn't pushy at all, let me decide. After decided to move forward with the upgrades. He and his workers got started, they were fast and efficient! They handled the coordinating of PG&E, permits everything. Todor was very responsive throughout the project if I had any questions. Great Customer Service. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Tudor is very knowledgeable and professional. We had to re-schedule our appointments a few times due to changes in our plans, but he was pleasant every time we asked him to re-schedule, and he came to our house today on time. We had a couple of electric issues we were not sure how to address, but within 10 minutes he was able to figure out and fix one of the problems. For the other issue, he gave us a solid suggestion about how we should approach the problem. We were very satisfied with his work and recommend him to anyone.

Where to even start explaining how awesome Todor is.... Take a seat, this borders on a saga.

After moving into a new house, I noticed 2 things. I couldn't make tea & toast at the same time, and there was some suspect-looking electrical work in the garage. Todor came over quickly and we laid out a plan to add some new outlets in the kitchen, rip out all the bad garage work, add new lights & outlets there, plus some security lights. He got to work quickly and had this done in no time.

During inspection, however, the inspector noticed some oddities in another part of the house and asked us to investigate. Turns out a previous owner had done a huge amount of unpermitted work and left a giant fire hazard. The city insisted this be remediated before they'd sign off on the original work. It was so bad the inspector took pictures ""to show the boys"".

Todor advised I do that work myself, as paying his hourly rate to do demolition work was not prudent. I warned it would take a while, since I had a newborn son, but he said it would be fine. Months go by while I cut drywall, pull cables and amazingly don't electrocute myself. While doing this I discovered massive plumbing & dry-rot issues which require immediate attention. Todor advises the city will not sign-off on his electrical work until all the walls are closed up.

It took me OVER TWO YEARS to sort out all that crap (including ripping out floors & walls, retiling my bathroom and redoing most of my plumbing), the whole time Todor patiently waited and advised when we were ready to call the city. Finally one day the final wall was patched and we were able to get final sign-off on the work we started before my son was born.

Along the way I learned that Todor is a man of great honesty, patience and integrity. I saw many inspectors during my renovations and the old-timers were ""You're using Todor? It'll all be fine."" He has the respect of senior inspectors at City Hall and knows the electrical code inside and out. His conduit bending borders on artwork.

Thanks to him I know my house is safe.

I learned about Electro-Integrity and specifically was put in touch with Todor by the man who conducted the inspection on our condo when we bought it.

We had a problem with lights in our hallway and the Home Warranty representative came in and spent 3 hours trying to identify the problem; he left without solving it. Then, Todor came in, spent 15 minutes in our home and fixed the lights.

We'll definitely hire Todor and Electro-Integrity again!

After contacting him Monday, Todor sent out a couple of his crew on Thursday to install some LED lights in my garage, along with changing an old dryer outlet from 250 to 220. They arrived promptly and did a great job in very good time.

He has also helped me in the past with an outdoor GFCI issue, once swinging by for free. Electro-Integrity is the best!

Todor just completed a significant electrical upgrade to our 90 year old home in Western SF and we could not be happier with the experience. He was extremely professional, clear and direct about what needed to be done and provided us with an accurate estimate of costs and timings and laid out a good view of the full scope of the project before starting work.

He was also insightful in giving us his perspective on what items ""had to be done"" vs other things that we could hold off on and tackle in the future - very helpful context for a couple of electrical novices like us with a limited budget. The permit and inspection process was relatively painless as well.

Most importantly, we can now use the microwave and the toaster at the same time without worry of blackout and our kitchen lights have a lower chance of self immolating!
