I was driving in Manhattan Beach in the morning and a truck with the Electro business markings was parked in a way which did not allow two way traffic. I politely waited until 3 cars in a row could pass by because there was an elementary school close by with pedestrians.
After it was clear enough for me to continue driving around the Electro truck I then looked to my right to see what looked to be the owner about 4 feet away staring at me with a sarcastic and condescending look, like I was an idiot for not trying to squeeze through and risk accident or public safety. I wanted to get out and confront him but I had traffic behind me which could not get by because of the Electro truck.
I am assuming it was the owner Miguel. I tried to call him but he did not answer. My concern is that if he treats people like this he does not know, when his truck was blocking traffic, then how would he be when no one is looking? And would someone want to hire a contractor with an obvious attitude.

I have used Electro on a couple of jobs in Long Beach over the past couple of years. The first couple of times, Miguel did good work at a reasonable price. Most recently, however, his service and integrity have been sorely lacking. I contacted him in July to install a motion sensitive light at one of my properties. After several broken promises of delivering the work, I finally got the lights installed in late September (a three month wait). In the meantime, I needed to fix a broken switch at the same property. Again, after many promises of completing the work, the switch remains broken. Miguel even told me to my face that all the work (the motion light and the switch) had been completed and I paid him what I owed him. I found out the following day that he failed to fix the switch. I was hopeful that Miguel would be an electrician that I could use well into the future -- for jobs large and small. Unfortunately, my experience of him and his work (or lack thereof) has been frustrating and I have lost all trust in him and his business. I am encouraging my friends who have also used him in the past to not waste their time dealing with his sloppy business practices.

Miguel Najarro usually works as a subcontractor but he also services houses in the Palos Verdes, Torrance, Wilmington, Redondo Beach area. He does good work at reasonable prices and I was very satisfied both times I used his services.
