Absolutely fantastic experience.

I interviewed several companies to install a brand new, whole-house heating and cooling system. From the get-go electrify my home was by far the most impressive. They had a a very comprehensive and coherent presentation that laid out all of the options they provided and why they felt that they were ideally suited to provide these services. On top of that, they turned out to also have the lowest bid of the three companies I was working with (I would have gone with them even if they hadn't been the cheapest - it was just a nice benefit).

They were communicative and on time. On top of that, everyone I dealt with (sales, installers, billing) were just genuinely nice and delightful people on top of being respectful and professional. The work was clean and, as far as I can tell, well executed.

The heating system works like a charm and I am super happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend them for any heating/cooling needs you might have.

Larry & team were responsive, professional, and super compassionate in doing work in our home. They replaced a gas water heater and a gas furnace with heat pumps. The physical locations were tricky to navigate and they did an excellent job, even working within a really wacky schedule (thank you!!). I appreciated how they talked me through everything - how the technologies worked, how to maximize their efficiency to keep our bills down, etc. And they did a great job of navigating the rebate process so that I got all the rebates I was due. Definitely recommend working with them!

This is a great company to work with when you're ready to install a heat pump HVAC system! They were very responsive, professional and great to work with. And their prices are reasonable. They are full service helping you with the permits and rebates. The heat pump they put in works great and will save me a lot of $$ on my PG&E bill. I highly recommend them!

We had Electrify My Home install a heat pump and hot water heat pump, plus they also added some blow-in insulation in our attic. All of the work was very well done. We had issues with the thermostat, and they quickly reinstalled a new one (and an upgraded one for no charge). They also handled all of the permit and testing that was required. Their bid was also very reasonable compared to the two other HVAC companies that we had give an estimate. Overall, I would highly recommend them -- super knowledgeable about options and the new heat pump works great: much quieter than our old gas furnace and MUCH cheaper to run.

I highly recommend Electrify My Home to anyone looking for a top-notch heating and cooling solution. After a headache of constant appliance failures in our new home (dishwasher, washer, and garbage disposal), we were at our wits end when our furnace also died within the first month. My husband had just come out of the hospital at the same time, so having working heat was paramount.

Then came Alex and Larry to the rescue. Within minutes of describing the scenario, they came up with a gameplan to help us with our insurance company, provided an estimate over email, moved around their schedule to accommodate our job, and provided us with free electric space heaters for the days in between so we would stay warm. The crew was clean, efficient, extremely hard-working, and polite. Unlike most of the other contractors out there, they also insisted on having their projects tested by a third-party and getting permits--both of which passed with flying colors. Our zoned heat pump is working flawlessly; we're so happy to get off of expensive propane heat and offset our AC use with our new solar system.

This year, our family was looking at replacing and potentially upgrading our family water heater. Considering we were looking at moving away from traditional gas, Larry and EMH were on our list as a great referral from my brother-in-law.

Consulting with Larry was very straightforward and easy. He explained how a HPWH would work in our space. Most importantly, Larry was very knowledgeable about all of the available incentives to us from state and federal entities. This helped make a HPWH work for us in our home.

Installation was completed ahead of schedule and took no more than a morning for them to do. An issue did come up during installation, but Larry made it right for our family.

Overall, I'd recommend EMH, as they are more on top of how to handle new technologies and their incentives!

This is an overdue review. I work in the energy efficiency industry, and was surprised to find that there are very few electrification contractors in the bay area.

I'm so glad to have found Electrify My Home - they provide price competitive and professional services. Larry and the crew take good care of their customers - they do great work and are very responsive. I highly recommend them for HVAC, water heating, and other home upgrades.

Larry replied in under 10 minutes to my inquiry on Yelp about having AC installed. He came out to our home just days later and gave us a bid. We spoke to several other companies and Larry was the most knowledgeable and had the best price! He and his team were easy to work with, professional, and wore masks at all times. Their schedules were flexible and we had AC added to our central heat system in under 5 hours on a weekend, because that worked best for our schedule. The end cost was actually a bit under his original estimate - and our home is finally comfortable on hot summer days!
