I did not have a good experience working with Valerie. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and she did not show up. I called her and she rescheduled. When she finally did come over she did not seem very interested in doing any of the work I needed to have done. She told me she'd get back to me in a week with an estimate. She never followed up. I reached out to her to see if she'd be sending me an estimate and she never responded. Really poor customer service.

Couldn't be more satisfied. Valerie was clear and precise in all of her written communications through Yelp. She showed up when she said she would, needed just a few minutes of my time to go over the problem, and then got to work fixing it. Our driveway lights were out and she got them working again, and also fixed a problem with one of the lamps at the head of the driveway and a couple of other things.

Her prices are very reasonable for the quality of the work and I'm delighted that we now have a go-to electrician.

Found a company that not only does good work, but also has excellent customer service. Both are very hard to find these days. Valerie really knows her stuff and takes great pride in the work that she does.
The first job she did for us was installing a chandelier in our dining area. She had a helper, Lizzy, and the two of them got the chandelier mounted pretty quickly. It looks great and I didn't have to worry about a lot of cleanup afterwards. They took care of that as they worked, which is something I really appreciate. Valerie also takes time to explain things which I also appreciate. She will definitely be the first on my contact list if I need any electrical work done.

Things started out shaky with Valerie but in the end she did a great job.

Due to some miscommunication she ended up creating a hole when creating an outlet. She came back and fixed the hole.

On the positive, Valerie was able to install a light fixture and make it straight. She altered the housing and gave us a picture perfect light.
