About five years ago, an incompetent general contractor mis-wired our kitchen. Switches were blowing out and we were lucky that we didn't have a fire. Enter Electricraft and Dan, one of their electricians. Dan quickly figured out the wiring mess that the general contractor had left. Dan then came up with a very clever solution to what we needed to accomplish. Not only was Dan very knowledgeable and effective, but also he was agreeable to work with and left things in perfect order. This is a first-rate outfit.

Our electricity went out after having some work done in the yard. We called this company and they sent someone out within hours. Kept me posted by phone so I did not have to wait around. The electrician was friendly, professional and diagnosed the problem within two minutes. He had everything he needed to revamp our breaker box and got everything working. I couldn't be happier. They also did the legwork to coordinate with our home warranty company. I highly recommend these guys!

We wanted solar on our new home. We had gotten it from one of the big guys on our old home and were happy with that old job. So, we contacted three companies for bids. The big guys came back with cookie cutter plans and higher bids. Jeff Rudd, of Electricraft, had worked for one of the bigs, but is a local. He custom fit the job to our specs and the bid was under the big guys by a sizeable amount. The crew worked quickly and courteously on one of the hottest days in the attic and we were off the grid very soon thereafter. Thank you, Jeff, Carlos and crew. You are real pros. We couldn't be more pleased.

And nearly two years later we are still very please with the performance of the panels and Electricraft!

I was nervous when we had to use our home warranty policy when the power started surging in the home we recently purchased. You never know what type electrical company they contract with and what type of service experience you will have. We were so pleased that Electricraft was the company they partner with. From the moment their expert Electrician Nate greeted us at the front door and went through his extensive trouble shooting process we knew we where in great hands. He could not have been more knowledgeable or professional. He also pointed out areas of concern we should be aware of as went through his investigation. We never felt that he was going to just put a bandaid on our issue or leave us hanging. He explored every socket and electrical box till he figured it out. We will be this companies customer for life even for things not covered under our warranty. Nate and his company clearly care about the service they provide and understand the serious safety issues when things are not handled correctly. I would highly recommend!!

This is such a great local company serving the needs of residential and commercial customers throughout SLO County (and beyond). The business was formed here and has been run by multiple generations of a solid local family. The first voice you'll probably hear is Bev's -- who is an absolute whiz at customer service and helping get people in the right place. Bev has sent out the perfect electrician to our house to patch up some bad work that was done prior to us buying the house. She has also had electricians provide bids for us on overhead lighting and a new breaker box. They are professionals through and through and stand by their work. They will not be the lowest bid that you get, but they will do it right the first time and stand by their work if it needs to be serviced or updated. As our family grows (and energy usage), we will probably get a bid from them on solar panels too. Thank you Electricraft for everything you do!
