Just picked up our banner, we love it! Called Steve at Electricore Signs because we were in the area and driving around looking for somewhere to get a banner for our event. We went with a minimal design and he put the rest of the design together for us. Our banner was done in less than a couple of hours. So excited to display it at our next event. Thanks Steve!

Horrible customer service. I requested a quote three times only to never receive a quote back. I finally called again to follow-up and was put on hold. While on hold for over 8 minutes I hear him in the back ground ordering food. Horrible way to get new clients....no thank you. I'll go elsewhere.

All I can say is wow!! I have a beer neon sign that a guest at my house who had too much to drink broke. I immediately started to look around for someone who could repair it. I called a few places but I kept getting the run around . I finally messaged Steve and he asked for a picture of my sign to give me a quote. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. I was surprised that he was able to meet me the same day after his shop was closed to get the sign from me. A few days later, just as promised he had my sign ready. I could not get to his place before he closed but once again was nice enough to wait after the shop was closed so I could pick up my sign.

I'm really impressed how professional Steve was and how easy it was to do business with him. I have other neon signs and now I know where to go in case I ever have issues with them.

If you need an exterior sign or banners, talk to Steve! He is creative, competent and does an excellent job in fulfilling your needs. He took his time to explain the different materials and procedures to fit my budget. Prices were reasonable and I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommended!

Steve gave me a quote and offered 10% off any competitors price. I gave him three high comparable quotes from legitimate competitors and he tried to say that I was lying and using non-licensed competition.

I pulled up the California State License Board and sent Steve the active licenses, and then the conversation became that he needed written, signed quotes.

It's 2016. I get quotes via email and text. The point is Steve uses unethical practices to get sales.

He may also claim that he uses Korean LEDs in his signs. It's bogus. What matters are lumens and UL certification.

I've been in this business a long time. A common channel sign is roughly 400$ labor, 400$ materials to produce given average complexity. Steve quoted 4200$ + 450$ round trip fees.

I'm asking him to match 2800$ competition quote.

If you're OK with doing a small sticker job, or getting ripped off, deal with this guy. If you're doing a serious sign on a serious schedule, AVOID STEVE.

Also, he may try to push you to take over a bad restaurant if he find out you're in the business.
