I found steve through his social media post. I purchased some equipment and signs for my small business. Not only was Steve informative, but he was very helpful and encouraged my business to grow. Steve is a great resource for neon signs and channel lettering, which is a great reference because sometimes my customers ask me for bigger signs. I've seen Steve's work on the big signs looks great, professional and at a good price. Steve helped me get the sign for a customer with a visible location. A customer asked for a custom design and Steve not only repurposed the original sign but he made it look great and they installed where my customer was happy to pay. There were many colors to choose from and a selection of designs available for my customer. Steve also does printing of banners window perforated decals full color vinyl which my other vendor cant get for me in a timely manner. There are many competitors in the area but when you know someone's going to do the job right you know you going to call Steve.

I called Steve regarding neon repair and if he would come out to diagnose the reason why it wasn't working anymore. He arrived, introduced himself, and got to work. He found a couple of reasons why the neon was not working anymore and offered to go the more inexpensive route first. Turns out it was just a simple power cord swap. He could've said that the problem was going to involve having to replace the entire power source, but his honesty and integrity forbid him from taking advantage. Thank you Steve for your outstanding service.
