Steve gave me a quote and offered 10% off any competitors price. I gave him three high comparable quotes from legitimate competitors and he tried to say that I was lying and using non-licensed competition.

I pulled up the California State License Board and sent Steve the active licenses, and then the conversation became that he needed written, signed quotes.

It's 2016. I get quotes via email and text. The point is Steve uses unethical practices to get sales.

He may also claim that he uses Korean LEDs in his signs. It's bogus. What matters are lumens and UL certification.

I've been in this business a long time. A common channel sign is roughly 400$ labor, 400$ materials to produce given average complexity. Steve quoted 4200$ + 450$ round trip fees.

I'm asking him to match 2800$ competition quote.

If you're OK with doing a small sticker job, or getting ripped off, deal with this guy. If you're doing a serious sign on a serious schedule, AVOID STEVE.

Also, he may try to push you to take over a bad restaurant if he find out you're in the business.

Steve is very professional and he does an amazing job. You can definitely tell that he enjoys what he does for a living. He was able to get our sign up and get city's approval within a week. Installation only took one day for two signs. If you are a new business or an old business that is looking for signs, steve aka electricore is the way to go!

Found this place on yelp so decided to stop by , talked to the owner and he gave me a great sale speech so decided to give him my business as well as deposit, 3 weeks later go by and i had to call several times to see where he was and status and he responds with busy on other projects. So waited another week then i get a call from owner saying he has time now. At this point im not happy and ask for my deposit back and owner tells me no. i kept insisting on my deposit and finally he says he will give some back but wont return all. as a new business owner my time and stress are peaked and my experience with electricore made things worst. Would recommend any other place besides this place as owner thinks of nothing more than money. Not worth one star!

Steve is hands down the best in the business. He came to my place of business and took care of all the issues I had from previous signs guys that did the work. Steve did an excellent job on my sign. He was really nice to work with and really helped me through all the issues we had to deal with with the City. His price came in lower than most other places that bid on the job, but he also added more options that other places didn't. I would definitely work with Steve again if I had the chance. He's an all around nice guy! The sign looks great and I'm so happy!!!

Pray that this place doesn't closed early than advertised. Showed up an hour before closing time to complete a project that needed to be done on the same day as visit. Instead the place was already closed and locked up even after I told the owner of my urgency.
