Amazing company! I have worked with them in the past. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule. I had a light fixture with a cord that was not working and a beeping noise that would not stop. David came out and found the issue. He was very professional and honest. I appreciate ElectricMan coming out the same day, so the beeping noise would not drive me crazy! I will definitely sleep well tonight thanks to ElectricMan!

We wanted to add an electric outlet on our back patio and the Rep with ElectricMan came in reviewed options and did the work quickly and at a fair price. Great to communicate with the did as they said they would. Showed up on time and he was very professional. Great all around experience.

No matter what happens call anyone else but do not call these people. Possibly the worst work done at the slowest time ever. Here is there game, the charge $60 to come look at the issue and no matter what it is charge $130 per item to fix. If the item might take more than 30 minutes they charge $260. So make sure you are well aware they charge to come to your house and then quote you a very high price. They make you sign something when they get there, unless you're an attorney don't sign it. So basically don't call this company. If they come at the end of the day the price is going way up. Because they already made their quota for the day.

Daniel was our Electrician from ElectricMan, & provided a swift response in this Dallas heat, which this soon-to-be mom appreciated! He worked with us and our electric company provider in order to schedule a timely, much needed repair we stumbled upon after the latest hail storm, and I was very impressed with not only his professionalism, but also Whit's response time and customer service as well! Highly recommended! Excellent customer service and knowledgable team!

They got me a $60 quote to diagnose the problem and additional dollars to fix the problem for which they are going to waive the $60 diagnosis cost. which i agreed. Couple of electricians walked in to fix the electrical switch issue. After 30 mins one of them initiated a conversation about additional $195 because it exceeded the 30 mins of diagnosis time ( which they did not mention in the 1st place). at 45 mins they found out a simple problem with the switch wiring and they got me a final bill of $255 ( $195+$60) which was ridicules. i had to argue with them for the unexpected cost. Please be transparent with your customers. Either be upfront about the expected cost of service or lower your prices.

Your understanding of events are not accurate. You had no desire to make things right based on both experiences. Not only did they leave just exposed bulbs now the timing has not worked since they came. The lights are on during the day

The electrician was courteous and was thorough. In case anyone wants to really know how the pricing works at least for a situation similar to mine

$59 gets you 30 minutes of diagnostic
$149 (per hour)for extended diagnosing of problems
When all is said and done they had tier packages for their service
at least 5 of them ranging from ""band-aid"" and yes it was actually
labeled ""band aid"" in the tier list to platinum package. Costing $1000+ to $2000+. to which I said no thanks you can find a tradesman
for a fraction of the cost.

the one star is of course for the nice electrician not the company he works for.
