JR is a very nice, Helpful electrician but unfortunately he wasn't the right person for my job I clearly explained what I needed and was sent the wrong person for a very important final step in closing my escrow so just be very clear when you call with exactly what you need.

We needed 2 LED recessed lights replaced. I initially called another company, I will not say their name but the slogan is ""We will fix it in a flash"". They came over and told me it was going to be $1175. I said no way but I still had to pay the $78 service fee. Called Electricians Service Express and they came over the next day. Total cost...$300.00 And very friendly yet professional. Great service. Highly recommended by my wife and I.

I would not recommend using them at all. Their technician Alvaro came late one evening in December '21 for a circuit that was blown out by a Quick-Dry restoration plugging four big blowers into two outlets in our living room after a leak--outlets that have never given us any problem. It took them less than 10 minutes to replace a breaker and they charged us $475 dollars. Then they told Quick-Dry's insurance company when an insurance claim was filed that it was our fault because the circuit was using the wrong gauge wire, not because the contractor working there plugged four giant fans into two outlets. Again, never an issue with these outlets prior to that.
They are too expensive, condescending, and are not looking out for the best interests of the customer.

We had a great experience using this company. Our very old smoke detector/fire alarm that is hard-wired to our house's electrical was in a permanent state of buzz after our power was restored post-rolling black-out at 7pm last night. I found this company through an internet search for electricians near me. The very kind lady in their dispatch office was very patient as I explained our situation. She notified one of their electricians, J.R., who called me to diagnose the problem. He was able to come out to the house and replace the unit within 20 minutes. He was kind enough to wear shoe covers when he came in the house and he was extremely careful and very efficient with his time. I am so grateful for his care and knowledge and attention to detail. Both J.R. and the lady in the office turned our very stressful (and loud) situation into a positive experience.

Last Friday afternoon, 8/6/21, I started installing a new switch in our bathroom. When I went to turn the circuit breaker back on the main breaker blew and ZAP...no power throughout the house. It was after 5pm and I thought SNAP!! who am I going to get to come out on a late Friday afternoon. I called that one that advertises on TV and bupkiss they couldn't come out till Saturday noon! I told them about all the food in my fridge would be spoiled until then, they didn't seem to care. I called Electricians Service and they said they'd be right out. In less than a half hour he showed up assessed the situation. He showed up with a fully stocked van and had the replacement circuit breaker, which was surprising seeing that our place was built in 1969. The total was $425 AND he installed the switch that I was laboring with for free. THIS is a GREAT company to call for ANY electrical needs!

Electricians Service Express responded very quickly to my message on a Sunday evening (which I really appreciate) and scheduled an appointment for the following day. However, they did not arrive on time during the allotted time (10:00am~12:00pm Monday). They called at 12:30pm saying they are now on their way, but I was no longer available by then.

Electricians service express was on time and pleasant technician but it ends there...
The company tells you before coming out of 60.00 house call. This 60.00 can be included if you accept bid. We we're having issues with hot tub. The tech quoted 365.00 to rework box and hopefully find the problem. He was here less than 30 minutes and told us we had power. Charged us 365.00 and said we should get a hot tub repairman out.
Please be careful. Way to many unethical business operations these days. I gave two stars only because they showed up as promised and the guy who over charged us was nice. 365.00 for 30 mins and no parts etc.... Update!! Company manager called to apologize and make things right. We agreed on payment and electrician brought back check for another check. He also apologized for the incident. Final thought....this company did the right thing. I would use them again but I'll keep sure of service before I sign an binding agreement.
