Lawrence is very knowledgeable and professional. My main outlet in the garage was not working. I had checked and reset the breaker but still didn't work. He told me ahead of time the set price for an hour if he fixes the problem. When he came out for whatever reason power came back on when he reset the breaker. (If this happens to you, try turning off for at least 30 seconds.) well he was kind to fix a light in my garage which he suggested and didn't have to. Bottom line he is experienced, fair, and I would use his company again.

***Lawrence went above and beyond providing us support...without even being on the job. After calling him for help with a power outage, he responded immediately, but couldn't come out due to his schedule. However, he provided consulting expertise on what to do despite not being on the clock. In fact, he followed up later to see how things worked out after recommending calling SDG&E to have them address the issue first. I called Laurence seeking to make an appointment for a GFCI switch that would constantly trip. Rather than setting a time, he helped me troubleshoot and track it down to a bad set of Christmas lights - therefore no longer requiring his services.
