Electricians on Duty responded within 10 minutes to my Yelp request for an electrician. I checked their rating before making an appointment: 5.0!!! Raphael and Paco arrived promptly at 1:00pm to replace an outlet.

I mentioned I needed a new garbage disposal and a new sliding screen door. They offered to assist with those also. They returned the next morning with the new garbage disposal. They had to replaced a section of rusting pipe leading to the disposal before installing it. Then Paco was able to fix the sliding screen door, saving me the cost of a replacing it!

Rafael and his brother identified the problem with several new dryers that were returned due to malfunctions. The dryer was not the problem. The problem was the 40 year old electrical panel. Rafael juggled his schedule and made the repair the same day. Talked me through every step, worked safely, snd cleaned up afterward. Work included patching sheetrock and installing a new dryer. Fantastic service!

He was also very communicative via text and provided me with multiple updates regarding status of the permit throughout the process. On the day of the main panel replacement, Raphael and his team arrived on time and completed the project in a timely manner while coordinating with the city inspector and PG&E throughout the day.
