Great service start to finish. I needed to have the main electrical panel for the house replaced. I worked with Raphael to scope the work and get an estimate. It was a fair price and he was able to complete the work in the week. Each time that he came he arrived right on time, and they fully cleaned up the workspace each night. I am very happy with the result and the experience working with Raphael and his team.

I got 4 quotes for work to get 4 recessed lights and dimmer switch in 6 rooms (24 total lights) along with 6 outlets in various places.

Their quote came in at $16800 for just the lights alone (didn't even quote the outlets yet).

My next highest quote was $4k for all of the work. Final price for the electrician I went with was $3.4k (fully licensed as well). These guys charge a sky high amount, would not recommend.

I didn't end up hiring Raphael because he gave me really good advice on the phone, ""wait for PG&E"", then call him in if needed. The PG&E visit fixed the problem--after we lost a lot of food from the fridge because it took so long.

In the wind storm a few weeks ago we lost partial power; that had never happened before so I thought is was our electrical panel. Raphael confirmed that a partial power situation is possible since there are three wires coming in to the house and only 1 or 2 might have gotten loose. He said he could come out and investigate but there would be a fee. To me, that's great customer service, he's not out to gouge you, he's honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for other electrical needs.

Small emergency but beyond our ability to resolve. We left a message at 8 am and were scheduling an appt within a few minutes. Raphael was there within a couple hours and took care of things quickly, politely and cheerfully.

We wanted to have an electric charger for our EV. This place was very fast and the price was reasonable. The charger works very well and we haven't had any problems with it. I would recommend Electricians On Duty if you need a home charger installed for your EV.

Such a great company. I will not call anyone else in the future!
I came home to a house that some of the lights worked and some did not. After my husband flipped the breakers and one continually flipping back off, I realized I needed an electrician. Since it was 4:00pm, I feared I would not be able to find anyone to come out that late. I called Electricians On Duty, Rafael answered right away and sent his brother, Francisco. Francisco diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same night. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave a very reasonable estimate up front. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Francisco and Rafael!

I edited my review to add that this company is very HONEST! Rafael sent me a text after I wrote this review, that the check I gave Francisco for the service had a blank check stuck to the back and Francisco shredded it. Thank you, I appreciate that so much!!!!
