We lost power to 4-5 plugs along one wall of our house. It affected the TV, set top box, and modem. Circuit breaker (one subset) was off with a red light and when we flipped it back on it felt squishy and would not hold. .

We called Electricians of Dallas LLC 972-418-0691 after I saw a picture of circuit breakers on their website. It was 4:45, quitting time. Vance called me back within 20 minutes of my initial call. He could have just scheduled a call but he went the extra mile. He asked me to go to the breaker box and move the breaker switch all the way to the left before moving it to the right. It worked! He said that kind of breaker must be reset first and turning the switch all the way to the left does it. He was so gracious and saved us. Even though we did not need a service call, I will not hesitate to call Electricians of Dallas in the future

I have called Electricians of Dallas on 3 occasions now to fix a ceiling fan that was not installed properly by a friend. The electrician spent several hours as it could have caused a fire. It's been running fine for several years now. This year I have had them replace 3 old security lights that were no longer working. The electrician discovered one on the side of my home had never been connected so he went into my attic and connected it the way it should have been done years ago! I strongly recommend Electricians of Dallas. They're wonderful to work with!

Vince and crew did an excellent job replacing a load center for us with a new Square D load center. They have excellent communications, they showed up when promised, and were professional and courteous. After the load center was replaced they went all around the house and made sure everything was working. I would ignore the review from San Francisco, I'm quite sure this fellow has 'Electricians of Dallas' mixed up with another contractor in San Francisco.

You need to stay away from this company!
Several months ago, I had this company replace a breaker box at my home. The Key Stone Cops that the owner sent out to do the job were a total joke, They said they had completed the job, but when I tried to use the service, half the switches and plugs did not work. The owner came out and gave them some instructions and they tried again.

Later I had this company put in an attic light and hook up a new air conditioner compressor. The two misfits the owner sent over totally blew the job. In found out later the light did not work and the compressor was wired incorrectly.

This afternoon, I attempted to hook up some equipment in a couple of plugs in the washroom that was part of the original job. Surprise! surprise! They were dead..

In additional to the completely shoddy work, I can't prove it , but several items came up missing out of my home after his misfit crew left.

These people need to take up some other line of work.
