I had an electrical emergency at 6pm and Rowland came to the rescue. I tried to replace a circuit breaker myself and I made over half of the house without electricity (fridge, ac, lights, tvs). I tried calling several electrical company and sure enough, noone is wiling to come or even pick up the phone at 5:50pm. So when I called Electrician Services, a lady picked up the phone and told me that someone will be able to come between 8-9pm. I was a bit skeptical that he can work in the dark and will be able to come on time. Sure enough, Rowland came at 8pm and was patient enough to answer all of my questions while I was in panic mode.

As it happened, the main breaker was fried and Rowland went out to get a replacement that night. When he returned with the new main breaker, he showed me the old breaker that looked fried in the back. He was friendly and patience. I am glad he was able to come to restore the light back to the house.

Life saver! Our a/c started to blow hot air on a hot day and turns out it was our capacitor had gave out (thanks google on how to diagnose). It was after hours and we were scrambling to find a repairman. Thankfully we found these guys. He came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and sure enough it was our capacitor. He replaced it within minutes! The charge was reasonable for after hours and would call them again next time. Thanks!

after calling around and getting the runaround from a few different 24/7 electrical service companies, i was extremely luckyto have called here. fortunately i spoke to roland and he was nice enough to walk me through the basic steps of repairing a blown fuse. this call saved me $200 and all thanks to roland's great advice and help.

I called air conditioning services to fix my air conditioner. The repair man was prompt and on time. He fixed a motor that was not working. I am very pleased with their service.

My sister referred me to this company after the company came out late at night to fix her A/C. She's pretty picky and was impressed with them so I thought I should try them too!
We have used this company twice now. Once to fix our system and the other to install a whole house fan. Not only are they less expensive than their competitors but they can come out sooner and are conscious of costs and making sure the customer is happy with the work done.

We needed to have a completely new electrical panel installed due to a fan being installed improperly before we purchased our home. We were referred to Electrician & Air Conditioning Services by our homeowner association. Roland returned our call promptly and set a time to do our repairs. He and his coworker arrived promptly. They kept their work area clean and came and went to their truck with little or no noise. The job was completed within the time they specified and for the estimate quoted. The City inspector approved the work and we are super pleased. We are more than happy to recommend Electrician & Air Conditioning Services!

We have had multiple A/C persons the last two years at our current home.
Electrician services has been my favorite so far.
Our A/C went out when it was very hot out. They came out after 10pm to take a look.
They were friendly, quiet (considerate considering the time of night) and correctly assessed and fixed our Air conditioning unit.

I don't remember what part we needed (Gah!) but they were able to acquire it the next day when the shop opened to buy it from.
They were able to go right to the store the next morning when it opened and came right away to fix our A/C!

I would trust their opinion and will use them in the future when we eventually have our ductwork redone and do a whole house fan

The circuit breaker panel at my house was acting up, and I only had power going to half my house. Switching all the individual breakers off/on did not solve the problem. So I called them on a Friday afternoon, and Rowland(?) was at my house the very next morning. He charges a very reasonable house call charge, which is credited towards any repair work done by them. Rowland figured out and fixed the problem very quickly (the entire meter had somehow came loose!), luckily without any expensive replacement parts. Very satisfied with this experience.

So happy with Roeland's expertise and quality of service. We had an address light that mysteriously went out. I had attempted to fix it myself with replacing the bulbs and then two transformers, but the light kept going out. Roeland came out to troubleshoot and discovered that the mostly likely cause was overloading the transformer with the new bulbs. He replaced the transformer with a larger capacity transformer and a new light and everything works now. This company stands behind their work and are very honest. I will be using them again for any future electrical work.
