So at 11pm he sent me the invoice,
4500$ for a job that 2 other companies quoted me 600-800$.
He didn't even explained or put details on the invoice.
Please don't use them, it's a total ripoff and I will report the BBB.

Hired Dave and his crew again in March to run 5 new circuits for the bedrooms and pool house. Then installed new outlets in the kitchen island, all for much less than other electricians were quoting. I know with Dave and his team it is done right, without trying to use scam and scare tactics to get you to buy things you don't need. Dave and his crew treat you the way they would want to be treated honestly and fairly. And if there is an issue he will tell you and make the recommendation and tell truthfully and honestly is it something you really need or is it a nice to have. I will not call anyone else. Electrician on Call is my go to source for reliable and dependable work and a fair and honest price.

Your Technical procedure did not allow me to email/text pics requested by the electricians.
I still need someone to do this job, but YELP needs to provide a mechanism to send these vendors the pics they asked for.

Obdulin and Tony were patient but efficient in detecting and fixing a mysterious open circuit. the charges were as promised and everything was put back in place.

Great company. We've had them come out several times. Their rates are reasonable and the work is completed quickly and quality! For example, my living room is an open 2 story vaulted ceiling and I purchased a large Sputnik chandelier. The previous company we had worked with quoted is 800, Electricians on call barely put a dent in my pocket and completed the work in less than 20 minutes and cleaned up their mess. As a matter of fact, I accidentally called the previous company we had worked with before to install more fixtures and once my BF told me I immediately canceled our appointment to call this company instead. Love them!!! As someone who is constantly doing renovations, it's great to rely on a company without the worry of paying high rates after buying your dream costly fixtures.

Called them to come out and look at a dryer outlet and check to make sure everything was functional. Received the following via email shortly after the appointment was set (copy and paste directly out of their email to us):

""Appointment job description:
$49 Trip Charge: Technicians will do a quick walk through for the items requested for repairs. At that time, they will be giving you an accurate pricing on the work that needs to be done.
Work may be performed the same day depending on how long the job may take.""

Technician arrived on time. Professional and very pleasant. Identified that the outlet and wiring was in good shape. However, the junction box needed to be replaced. I asked how much would it be? He replied that it would be parts and labor in addition to $49 trip charge + $95 diagnosis fee. I asked, ""so, if you did not fix it I would need to pay $144?"". He replied, ""correct"" and showed me a text from his office showing the two charges, $49 and $95. I called their office and spoke with Ally who had sent us the email noted above. She confirmed that the technician was correct...minimum charge is $144. So be aware...$49 is for the technician to just show up. As soon as he grabs his tools, screw driver...you're on the hook for another $95. My opinion, that is deceiving the customer.

Thank you David for your reply. As I've indicated above (copy and paste of the email sent to us), the content of the email sent to us at the time appointment was made, does not show the diagnosis fee. It mentions the trip charge and then providing repair costs. Please consider including the $95 diagnosis fee in the appointment confirmation emails your company sends to avoid confusion.

We had EOC out for another project. We requested 26 LED recessed lights for our home. We got 3 bids and Dave provided us a fair price for the work. The guys were able to accommodate a quick turnaround for this project and work was completed on time. Looks great! Thanks guys!

Loved the entire experience in working with Electrician on call. I had them install a chandelier for me and the entire process was extremely easy and quick! I called on a Monday to get a quote and schedule my service, and they were out to my house on that Friday morning to do the job. The woman who made my appointment was very friendly and helpful - and the electricians that came out were not only on time, but very nice to work with! They completed the job quickly, billed me for the exact amount I was quoted and did a great job hanging my chandelier. I will definitely look to them in the future for other electrical needs!

They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote and they were by far the cheapest. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner, all while not changing the quoted amount. Very satisfied!!
