I called Ben with an emergency. I had light switches smoking. He said he'd be out that evening. Someone else showed up that who didn't speak english. It was hard to communicate with them. He was able to fix the problem. Ben called me and asked me if I was satisfied. I said Yes, and stated the work would be covered for one year. He had me pay the subcontractor directly to his company. I gladly paid as the problem was fixed. The next day I woke up and my lights were not turning off. I called Ben and he said he would be out later that afternoon. The afternoon came and went and no word from Ben. I called, left messages, sent texts, and no response from Ben. Now, weeks later, no response from Ben and I still have lights that do not turn off. Because I wrote the check directly to the subcontractor's company, I have no recourse against Electrician Network of Miami Beach. Once they get your money, the job is over to them. They don't care about customer service. I would not recommend this company or Ben Sharabi as he just acts as a middle man referring business to his subs with no accountability from his company.

I was looking for an electrician that was Located in Miami Beach and I found Ben with electrician Network South Miami Beach. Make an appointment with him, he is amazing, on time, very professional. i really recommend him if you are a tenant or owner
