A Dorian story:
Our generator bit the dust the day before Dorian. Shelley, NEVER one to give up, found a company ""Electrician in Charge, LLC"" who's owner, Shawn, came out Wednesday morning and worked till 10pm in storm conditions to get a new one installed. He restored our faith in humanity and btw we never lost electricity (of course not). Ready for the next one!! Thank you Shawn and if you need a generator (Generac) he is the man. Not only is he kind and courteous he did not gouge us. He is a licensed electrical contractor and does commercial as well as residential. He also installs electrical car chargers. We highly recommend!!

Electrician In Charge came out to my facility and took care of my problems. They were also very helpful about upcoming projects. Fast courteous and reliable.

I contacted this company to check outlets/switches, installation of a chandelier, ceiling fans, and smoke detectors. I received a quick return call and Mr. Smalls arrived on time. The smoke detectors were not installed and he did not check electrical switches or outlets. We discussed him refunding the 135.00 I have contacted him 4 times and each time he has promised to refund me....but I'm still waiting.
No, Ms XXXXX. I have to say it is 100 percent my fault you have not received it yet. I have had a few quick turnovers of office staff and you got lost in the shuffle. I am doing this MYSELF right now so it doesn't get missed again.
I just initiated the transaction with the bank before I hit send on the email. Its on the way definitely now.

I had a scheduled appointment for 9am. He did not show or call. At 10:20 am I called and he apologized for not showing and rescheduled for 4pm, same day. At 4:45 I called him since he did not show or call. He disconnected the call. I tried to call back 3 more times - same thing. At 5pm his phone stopped accepting incomming calls. Terrible customer service!!!

La'Shawn and his team are excellent!! Showed up exactly when he said they would, did exactly what we talked about, and charged what we agreed to. Definitely recommend Electrician In Charge!

Very polite and professional. LaShawn was able to assessed the problem and fix it in a timely manner. He is also knowledgable with dealing with Home Warranty companies which made the payment process very easy.
