I have used this firm twice in Thousand Palms. So many good things to say. On time - check. Courteous - check. Neat - check. Knowledgeable - check. Efficient - check. Reasonably priced - check.

The first job was to completely replace and rewire a circuit breaker panel. The panel work is organized and well laid out for any future needs. They came, they worked, they cleaned up, they left. A few days later I had a question about one of the circuits, so I called to ask. They answered right away with a perfect explanation.

The second time I used them was just yesterday. I had a circuit fail (the one with the refrigerator), but the breaker had not tripped and I couldn't find the cause. They arrived on time the very next day, opened all the plugs and switches, found a detached wire, fixed it and reconnected all the wiring. Problem solved in just about an hour. I never would have found the problem. The price for a 'next day' call to do all that was very reasonable. I would hire these guys for any electrical work that's needed.

Hmmm... Maybe it's time to rewire the garage...

We had a repair list for the home we are selling. Roy & Rickie handled the job within 90 minutes of their arrival. Roy explained certain reasons for the ""asks"" the home inspector had, giving me a more confident position.

They were efficient and very fair with their pricing. A HUGE thumbs up. In addition, communicating & scheduling with Julie was painless.

Going forward these will be the electricians I use. You should too.

.When a customer calls and ask for an hourly rate and the response from your employee was that's just what it is is? unexcusable it's almost Usery your prices so high put in a reciprocal $350 really come on now. That's a no brainer and does not require years of knowledge, No reason for that .There are a lot of gullable people out there. I am the first one to say be careful if something is to cheap,it might be a shotty job,but this estimate was so off the grids I had to do more research like any SMART consumer would do.I am sure you are top notch electricians,I just think your pricing is to high

I'm always a little anxious when using a new business for repairs. I needed some circuit breakers replaced and decided to give Electrician for Hire a try. There is a reason they get all these 5 star ratings. They were very prompt returning my request for a quote, quickly scheduled an appointment, kept in touch, arrived right on time, and did excellent work at a very reasonable price. Who could ask for more?

Hired them to remove two older outdoor ceiling fans and replace them with two new ones I purchased along with replacing some very old light switches. Roy came out and handled everything like a pro! He was professional, knew what he was doing and had a great attitude.

Do not hire this firm as have terrible customer attitude. When questions about the solution to resolving an electrical product/problem they were asked to solve they walked off the job without finishing leaving a substantial pool clock problem that needed to be resolved promptly.

Made an appointment. They texted 30 min or so prior to arrival. In 29 min, Roy was @ the door. Efficient. Educated. Quick. Really nice guy. Professional yet very comfortable. Fix item 1, fix item 2, 3, 4, 5... 9. Ready to go. Badda bing badda boom.... Oh, one more thing... I forgot this coach light I wanted hung out front. Do you mind going out front & installing this before you go?? It's only 110° outside?? What a great guy. It took him 10 more minutes, just enough to get him hot, sweaty & miserable I'm sure!! What a great guy. I gave him a good $$$ tip for his risking heatstroke & having made it a pleasant & streamlined experience for moi.

I use CPAP nightly for sleeping and was concerned when I was awakened at 615am when the power went out in my condo. Upon rising I discovered the outage was just about half my area, bedroom included. SCE sent me searching for an electrician. Reading E4H reviews I gave them a call. By 3:30p Roy was at my residence and within an hour I was up and running. It wasn't apparently glaring as to the cause but he methodically worked his process and found and fixed the problem. He took the time to explain what had happened and what to do should it happen again. The service, price, technician and communication was top notch. I not only give them my highest praise, I will use again and recommend them to anyone in need of a good electrician service. Family owned and operated.

Ricardo did an excellent job installing several smart light switches. He was very knowledgable with how smart switches work and all functioned perfectly. He responded quickly to quote request and I'll be having him out to do more electrical work.
