Electrician4Hire is awesome! I find it refreshing to find a company that is so service-oriented and responsive these days! I contacted them for some help with my pool electric, and they immediately got me on the schedule. Additionally, they were SUPER helpful and flexible in fitting me in for some follow-up work. I was impressed with their responsiveness, quality, attention to detail, and overall service orientation. I highly recommend and will definitely keep them on my ""go to"" list for future electrician needs.

Beware. Was called by the technicians supervisor (after being warned about how my conversation is being recorded) and told a humungous amount for the repair and that the amount he told me may not even fix it and could not tell me how long it would take. Never gave me a written estimate, only lots of confusion and enough $$$ to scare anyone away. Found another electrician that fixed it in less than an hour for not much more than their service fee.

We had a fan replaced with new light fixture. They did a great job quickly and efficiently and even hauled away the packaging, the old fan and left everything in pristine condition. All at a very fair price. What more could you ask for ?

This was our first time working with Electrician for Hire. When we initially called to request a quote, they were responsive. (That's rare these days. Why do so few businesses call back?) Rick and Ricky (I hope I have their names right) were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The quality of the work was great. They've moved to the top of our electricians' contact list.

I was having a couple issues with an outlet and a few light switches in our new house. I messaged this business on a Saturday and Ricky was able to come out the very next Monday! He was able to diagnose and repair every single issue we were concerned about, and everything was fixed in less than 30 mins. I could tell Ricky had a lot of knowledge and expertise. He was very transparent about the pricing as well. Overall, it was a quick and easy visit and we are very satisfied! I am definitely going to use their services again in the future for any upgrades!

Warning: Their ads are misleading. They say free estimates, but both times I've called, they've told me there's a $105.00 dispatch fee for them to come take a look and then they'll give me the free quote. What?!! I then asked, well, if I go with you to do the work, the $105.00 get's credited towards the work, right? Nope. No credit. You pay the $105.00 regardless. That's the fee you have to pay them just to get the honor of getting a ""free"" estimate. Ridiculous.

RESPONSE: The owners response to my review is incorrect. Both times I called to get an estimate. They said they need to send someone out to give an estimate. Ok. The cost to have someone come out is $105. They call it a ""dispatch fee"". So yeah, the estimate is free. You just have to pay for the ""dispatch"". In the meantime, I found two normal electricians who each came by, looked at the project (took 5 minutes) and gave me quotes. Now I can decide which one to hire. And it didn't cost me $210 to get those ""free"" estimates.

I'm so glad I used Electrician for Hire. I was using another electrician who previously did some work and was called back 3 times to correct the same problems and I was having.
Rick came out and checked everything over and found a few problems the other electrician left me with and corrected them right away.

We hired Rick and his crew a few weeks ago to do some electrical work on our home here in Palm Springs.

He added two downlights in the great room area, and matched exactly the fixure style and trim ring to our existing downlights.

We also added a new exterior light near our pool, and a new waterproof exterior outlet as well.

They were completely efficient, professional and neat for the entire work, and will definitely hire them again for future work.
