My sentiments are the same as the last two reviews as noted below. I simply asked how much they charge per hour. The lady asked what it was for and refused to tell me anything unless I explained. I included I would need outlets for band equipment as well but that wasn't enough. She insisted I tell her what and how much band equipment would be used. One, I do not know this information and two, it will vary. So, I told her a small band; and, again that was not enough for her so I stated, ""Ok, thank you. I've called the wrong place"" and hung up. Realizing this wasn't fair to the company, I called back and asked for a consult. She told me they wouldn't be able to do that.
I don't know why but I was very upset by this I wanted to let the company know how their customers were being talked to on the phone. I assumed she would probably receive the message I decided to post it on Yelp in hopes they would get it. But low and behold, I now see these reviews and the company is a man and wife who were made for each other!!
Sheila K 12/11/2020: ZERO STARS HERE!!!! (But it would not let me NOT give at least 1 star) Worst customer service ever!! I don't think I have ever experienced the level of rudeness, condescension and complete unprofessionalism that I received when I called.
Liberty R 6/17/2019: RUDE & ANTAGNOSTIC.......informed me rudely that I didn't know what I wanted and we could not use a portable generator for whole house. (Ok, no problem: so then hook it up as it's meant to be used!) He would explain nothing else to me, insisted on speaking to my husband.......
ZERO STARS HERE!!!! (But it would not let me NOT give at least 1 star) Worst customer service ever!! I don't think I have ever experienced the level of rudeness, condescension and complete unprofessionalism that I received when I called. I described findings of a home inspection and asked if someone could come out and look at my power box. ""What's wrong with it?"" I described again as best I could from the report. ""What do you want us to do about it?"" I described the problems AGAIN requesting that someone come out to take a look. I was grilled about the inspector's lack of knowledge. I had read straight from the report and still got criticism for the inspection report's lack of detail and my inability to precisely describe the issue. I will be letting anyone and everyone I know NOT to use this company!
I've used Electrical Services of Pensacola twice in my home. Both times the electricians were on time, efficient and professional. They cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
RUDE & ANTAGNOSTIC / Tom came by at our request to hook up a generator; he looked at the box outside, left, and we didn't hear from him again. Two weeks later, I called the office inquiring about the estimate we had not received. His
wife informed me she needed my email address to send an estimate. (Note she didn't call me and tell me so.) Finally, in speaking with Tom, he insisted on speaking with my husband (who wasn't home) informed me rudely that I didn't know what I wanted and we could not use a portable generator for whole house. (Ok, no problem: so then hook it up as it's meant to be used!) He would explain nothing else to me, insisted on speaking to my husband, and was so condesending towards me I bet the snails on the ground got a look at his eyeball. THEY MUST HAVE so much work they don't have to be even remotely polite. We finally cancelled our request. Life is too short for this.
This company IS ""As good as it gets"".....From the person answering your call, to the guys that come out and get it done. (they really know their stuff) Very professional, outstanding service. We needed a ""Top left lug"" according to Gulf Power. We ended up having to get a whole new electrical box thing. They just did a great job and the price was VERY FAIR.....This is a locally owned company, and you can tell, customer service is a top priority. I highly recommend.
