Electrical solutions are the best! A part broke inside our electrical meter and FP&L told us we had to hire an electrican. My husband had originally called Jupter-Tequesta for an appointment, they could not come out until the next day though. The next day Jupiter-Tequesta didn't show up, my husband took the morning off waiting for them, they lost our service call and jerked us around kept giving us a later and later time. I didn't have all day, I had to pick my kids up and had appointments to take them to. I called Electrical Solutions and told them about our bad experience with Jupiter-Tequesta. I made an appointment with with Electrical Solutions, they couldn't come out until the next morning but I got an appointment. Electrical Solutions called me back within 1/2 hour after I made the appointment for the next day and said the electrician wanted to come by and check out the problem so they knew what they had to do for the next morning. When the electrican came out he also told me I needed a permit from the city before FP&L would restore full power. (saved us alot of time for reconnect) The electrican went to the city for us and got an emergency permit for the work and came back the next day, on time and fixed our problem, he then called in to FP&L for our power restore and gave them all the permit information! Thank you Electrical Solutions for your professionalism and exellent customer service! We will call you for our future home project!

Electrical Solutions is one of the few contractors that I will recommend. They have done both commercial and residential jobs for us. Their work is excellent, their fees are reasonable and their employees are friendly and professional. They always go out of their way to accommodate our schedule and needs. They are a great company that was clean and fast on my remodel of my condo. They helped me lay out and gave me great ideas for lighting and tv set up. I only call them for all my needs. Louis is a sexy rico suave!!!!!

Their website states that no job is too small and that they specialize in small jobs like installing ceiling fans or adding electrical outlets, ect. After seeing that and reading some glowing reviews, I chose to call Electrical Solutions Group when I needed a few more outlets installed in my house. Well no one answered when I called so I left a message stating the work I wanted done. Someone did end up returning my call the following day but informed me that they were 2 months out and did not have the manpower to do service calls.

Ron and his crew were fantastic! Great price and great communication throughout the whole process! I needed to upgrade my panel from 150 to 200 watts for new pool construction. They handled everything seamlessly including coordinating with FPL. They also ran a complete inventory of all my outlets, relabeled the panel, and upgraded my old outlets to GFI.

I would highly recommend and use again.

After 7 weeks of problems with a leading cable company, I turned to Electrical Solutions for help. To say they did a stellar job wouldn't be fair. They were excellent. We had some complications, and the owner/partner, Ron, came over on a Saturday to troubleshoot. His guys had already had their work cut out the day before, but Ron tried a few more things before giving up. Not only that, he agreed to meet with said cable co. at my home when they came to finish up their part because he wanted to make sure it was finished off properly. His patience, co-operation, tenacity, and dedication to customers is obvious when you meet him. As an Ex-Gratia gesture he was going to do some of this work for free because it took so long, but I could not let him. He went the extra mile for us and I get the feeling he would for every customer. I have him coming back to change out all my lights (new home with dated lights) and troubleshoot an elevator phone. This company will go far.
