I'll get right to the point. After playing phone and message tag, I sent Steve info on the work needed. He said he could come out to take a look and he messaged the day before stating he wouldn't know the time yet, but would be in touch. I asked for a one hour heads up as I have tenants in the house although this is for exterior work.
So I let the tenants know an electrician and myself will be at the house at some point and will give them a heads up. So I'm thinking I'm going to be on call all day to meet Steve.
He texts me this AM and asks me to review what needed to be done again and then says he doesn't think he can make it out today and for me to take pictures of what I want done. Are you kidding me?
Just tell me you're too busy to give me an estimate and stop wasting my time...it's been almost a week I've been waiting for you to come to my house.
I dislike businesses that do this. Little does he know I'm a property manager and Realtor with many homes. By dissing me with this job, he's now out of so much other potential work. Not meant to be.

His yelp review looks good but I was not pleased. He installed my NEMA EV charger few months ago and gave me a one year warranty verbally, It worked for 3 month and had issues since. He came by once and fixed it temporarily but same issue again after few weeks. He then told me to call someone else. If you use his service, make sure to get written warranty because he will leave you hanging. I wouldn't recommend him at al.

Reasonably priced. Bruce replaced kitchen light switch and changed an outside lamp. He was organized, fast and efficient. In and out in about 30 minutes.

Highly Recomended Electrician:
I had a circuit go out in my house, the microwave oven and overhead lights. I looked on Nextdoor and found Electrical Solutions, I called the office (7619) 754-6987 and spoke to Steve Ness' wife and she had me call Steve's cell (619) 742-3717. He came over a couple of hours after my call and fixed the problem on the spot. Excellent service and very nice people.

This is my first Yelp review but I wanted to support local business which are exceptional. We had just moved into the area two months ago and needed electrical work done. I found Steven on Yelp and called him late in the day to put in 4 extra outlets near our toilets. Steven came out the next morning with his assistant and did an outstanding job in a short time. We ended up installing only three outlets, but he changed out a bathroom dimmer switch as well. They were honest, professional, courteous, and cleaned up afterward. His pricing was very reasonable, and was actually less than what he had initially estimated for each outlet. He also advised me on other electrical projects I have in mind and I look forward to having Steven's assistance again!
