Just another typical Miami no-show. Booked an appointment and never showed. Blamed it on the ""not in my system"" excuse. As per usual, to get anything done in this city that requires a trade person, need to call 5 or 6 just to get one to maybe show up. Don't waste your time.

Great customer service! Ivan showed up about 30 minutes after we called and began to diagnose our electrical issues. Once he realized that the issue was from a master meter in out building we went to go take a look. We realized we needed FPL to come out and he WAITED with us for them to show up. He was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. If I ever have any issues again I will definitely be calling him.
