Electrical services (Marcos) and (Roddy) helped me turn my power back on with Fpl they got me completely everything new from A-Z from my water heater to my meter combo on the side plus the main luge panel inside the house. They also got me new water heater and pool pump service disconnect and new timer for my pool. The prices were very fair and the customer service was amazing I will definitely rely on Electrictal services.

Excellent excellent excellent very prompt on service wonderful personality. Marcos is wonderful. He came to our site and spent hours just to go over the overall job. Quoted me and went straight to work. Everything is working amazing and just how we wanted it. I recommend this gentleman to anybody. Sergeant's Electrical Services - 5 fans installed, 6 lights installed (chandelier, dimmers, etc.) electrical repairs to existing wiring, 3 outlets installed, surge protector installed. Two full days of work. Excellent work by Nick and Rob. Second day Nick stayed for 9 hours (no lunch) to complete services on time, on schedule. Would not hesitate to recommend or rehire. Very knowledgeable, professional. Made helpful suggestions, such as surge protector. I actually experienced surge that blew put circuits in Jacksonville, FL. Lightning hit pine tree and traveled to hot water heater, blowing circuits. Great suggestion!

Price for labor and parts very reasonable compared to 4 other vendors in Bradenton area.

NEVER AGAIN! Don't ask someone to text you information and then don't respond. I texted him Tuesday to come to my house on Thursday around 1pm no response. Thursday is here and it is 1pm I'm thinking to myself (ok let me wait a bit some techs don't come at the exact time because other services can take longer). So it's 1:30 and the way my mom is she would of told me to call whether it is 30 mins after the time or not that they are suppose to be here, so I did. I called and he said that I should have called him since 7AM. So does that mean you wasn't going to show up?? He also continued blaming me for why he didn't come at the time he was suppose to. I don't know how all business work but If I call for an AT&T tech to come out I don't have to call them again to show up to my house. RIDICULOUS!

Wow... I am livid with this business, more specifically the disrespectful owner who was so busy praising his business and how successful he is, and not to mention the amazing Google reviews he has. Initially called his business to see if I can have an electrician come out to see why my circuit breaker was sparking. I asked if he offered free estimates, said he did, along with to see if he can come out the same day... living in Miami without electricity for the past two days (you can imagine how frustrated I am at this point). When I called, he told me to text him, so I did. His responses were not specific which left me unsure of what he wanted to do. He ends up coming later in the afternoon with his stank sarcastic attitude and piss poor demeanor. My mother and cousin spoke with him in the meantime before I got to him. I wish I was out there sooner since my mother was told to be quiet by him. Had I known this sooner, would have kicked his ass out my house so fast. When I finally got to him, he was very unwelcoming and had nothing but slick remarks towards me. Mind you I'm already being very respectful with this man, and tried as best as I could to be calm. Advised us we needed a whole new electrical panel breaker and it's gonna cost us $2500. While that's all happening, he has the audacity to say ""you wanted your free estimate... you got your free estimate"". Then he informed me to call him cause ""I don't look ready""... asked him what the hell he meant by that remark, and he instantly changed his whole demeanor.

Horrible individual, short tempered, disrespectful as hell. These amazing Google reviews must be individuals he clearly knows and pressures them to leave reviews. Of course, I let him know via text how I felt and how I will not be doing business with him.

HORRIBLE!!! Stay away from this short tempered, nasty attitude man. Trust me on this. He came to do an estimate and he was completely rude and irrational with the way he talks to customers. Will NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM!

Pedro came out on a Saturday night for 4th of July weekend and did a excellent job troubleshooting the mess I made with a 3-way switch. Would highly recommend for electrical work for you home.

Needing an electrician, I remembered the professionalism of Marcos and decided to call him. Being a Saturday, I had already told myself that he would probably show up on Monday. How wrong I was. He was at my house in less than an hour and was done in a timely manner. He is very fair when it comes to what his needed and his labor rate. I strongly recommend Marcos for superior electrical work.
