I had a kind of knotty problem - a GFCI that indicated a fault (not a defective GFCI - replaced it with two new ones), but there was nothing wrong with any of the rest if the circuit.

I made a claim Friday evening through the First American Home Warranty web site. I was surprised to get a call Sunday afternoon, setting up an appointment for 11 am - 3 pm Monday.

The two electricians arrived about 2 pm and had the problem fully resolved within 15 minutes. They were personable and really seemed to appreciate me as the customer.

I'd definitely recommend Electrical Service Professionals.

I reached this company through my home warranty and I gotta tell you, Camilo is the best electrician I've ever had show up at my home. He came early-on time, and he did a thorough inspection, he was was happy to explain the technical aspects of his work, and he was incredible polite and kind!

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good value and quality service electricians!

They completed the job in a timely manner, prepped and clean the job site areas to make it look as they did when they arrived. Had a great experience with this team! HSA Warranty assigned them to me when my bathroom vent fan went out. They arrived early within their window, were very polite and professional, and had the motor fixed in about 15 minutes! I also appreciated that they arrived wearing masks. These guys don't really look into the problem. I wouldn't use them again. They didn't fix the problem, didn't call back. They did of course take money at the time of service and promise to return. Don't use these guys

This company is horrible. I was given them thru my home warranty. My doorbell broke - which was covered on my warranty. These two techicians came out and could not fix it so they ordered a new one. They installed the new one and I paid them $75 for a service call. 3 months later the doorbell does not work. They only warrant their work for 60 days! DO NOT USE THEM! Then on another issue, I had a switch for my ceiling fan and light on my porch. It was broken and covered under my warranty. They came out and could not fix this either. Don't waste your time or your money with them. Get a REAL electrician for your problems. If they can't even fix a doorbell and a light switch I shudder to think what they do for any other electrical problems you may have. VERY SCARY!!!!!!!

This company was assigned to me through my home warranty to fix an issue with my garbage disposal. Our technician, David, arrived early with another gentleman. They were so FAST! They were in and out of my home in less than 10 minutes and fixed the issue. Much appreciated!!

Electrical Service Professionals are really professional and I recommend them to anyone needing a good electrician that won't jerk you around. One of the technicians called about 30 minutes prior to their arrival... They were incredibly prompt and EXTREMELY courteous. They were even thoughtful enough to wear booties in the house while working... We had specific concerns and they took the time to explain what was causing the issues and resolved the problems swiftly.

I know that it is daunting and scary when it comes to selecting a trustworthy electrician - especially since most of us haven't the foggiest idea as to what the heck is going on with our electrical systems...

That being said - I hope that this review prompts you to reach out to Electrical Service Professionals when you need a quality service provider. They won't disappoint!
