I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to spread the word on this wonderful couple. I had a tripped circuit breaker issue on a late Friday afternoon ( you know, when most companies are shutting down for the weekend ). I called, they arrived at dusk, and got to work until they found the problem, a corroded wire under the house. They fixed the problem at a great price. ERS will be the first call I make if I need electrical work again.

Perry and LuAnn came over to install two ceiling fans for me. They were friendly, did a great job, and were reasonably priced. I would definitely consider them again for other needs.

I had ERS come out and replace about a half dozen light fixtures and fix a few problems in a 25 yr old house. They came out within 2 days of my initial phone call (this was not an emergency). They were up front and transparent about cost for services. The cost was very fair and reasonable. None of the new fixtures we had purchased was an exact fit to the old ones, so installs were not straight forward, but ERS got everything put in neatly and cleanly, and everything works. I appreciate the effort on a very hot day (half the work was outside) that had a huge thunderstorm mixed in. Very pleased with their work, and i will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Was very pleased with perry and Luann's services. They were knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. We hired them to install a few fixtures and in the process they identified and repaired other small issues that we were initially unaware of. Will definitely use them again.

Incredibly unprofessional. Came to the front door complaining about the work, was abrasive and rude throughout our encounter. LuAnn clearly looked embarrassed and tried to make up for Perry's totally-out-of-line behavior. Ultimately, he did not to the work, claiming he could tell we were ""litigious"" people (never sued anyone in my life). Just an out of the blue accusation. Wow. I can't say enough about how unpleasant in demeanor and professionalism this person was. Don't waste your time here.

I first found Perry and ERS on craigslist. His company seemed to be what I was looking for, so I decided to give him a call. I am always a little hesitant when meeting someone from the internet, because you never know what you are going to get. I am pleased to say that I was pleasantly surprised with Perry and his partner, LuAnn. They were very professional and I could not be happier. On my first service call, Perry hung a ceiling fan and changed some switches for me. Every thing he went to do for me, he had to correct a problem left behind from previous work I had done by someone else. Every time Perry would encounter an issue, he took it in stride, knew exactly what to do, and fixed the problems. I feel so much safer now that these things have been fixed--when I didn't even know I had a problem in the first place. I was so impressed with his service and expertise, that I called him back last week. This time he hung a light fixture in my kitchen, hung my new flat screen tv on the wall, and fixed some outlets for me in the bathroom. These outlets haven't worked for years, and Perry had them fixed in ten minutes. Perry and Lu were awesome! Additionally, I own a daycare center in Kenner, and Perry has also done work for me there. I wholeheartedly recommend Perry and Lu, and will be using them exclusively for my electrical needs from now on. ERS provided professional service at an extremely affordable price.
