Our water heater breaker and shutoff stopped working so we called Electrical Pros to come take a look. It was a Saturday, so I expected them to say that they would come out later in the week, but they said they would have someone there ASAP. They gave me a price for basic diagnostics and repair before even got off the phone. A short time later, Jerry showed up to take a look and fix the problem. He not only fixed it fast, but even upgraded the unit that was part of the problem. He was beyond polite, shared some funny stories with me, cleaned up everything along the way, and made everything work again. Great person, great company, and I will definitely call them for any electrical issue I have.

After trying to get another company and an individual to call me back I called Electrical Pros. The were very professional and communicated very well. After coming out and seeing what we wanted done (wiring a new workshop) they gave me several cost options and explained the features and benefits of each option. They showed up on time and completed the work as agreed. They did a good job of disguising the conduit coming out of the house by running it by the gutter downspout. We had no problems with the County codes inspector he approved the work without any problems. Their work was fairly priced not cheap but cheap may not pass codes or could get the house burned down. I would recommend these people without reservation.
