We hired Electrical Pros to add a sub panel to an office in our basement. They came by first thing in the morning to assess the situation and gave us a few options on how to best tackle it while staying within our budget. The best part is they were able to do all the work on the same day and in just a few hours. Matthew, Jacob and Dylan did an incredible job, they were very knowledgeable, quick, and respectful. Before they left they made sure that everything worked properly and cleaned up after themselves. We were in need of having a ceiling fan (already purchased) installed for a 20' ceiling. A tech from Electrical Pros came and presented us with a range of quotes - ""Platinum Option"", ""Gold Option"", ""Silver Option"", ""Bronze Option"", and ""Band Aid Option"", ranging from $1,600.00 down to $350.00 to JUST install the fan which is all we wanted anyway. The prices were shocking but the shaming tactic by calling the service we actually asked for the ""Band Aid Option"" was insulting.

I also asked for quotes for 4 other MINOR jobs and their quote range (same shaming option names) is $2,800 - $5,400.

Electrical Pros did a fantastic job lighting up my new home. New installation of recessed lighting, new and replacement ceiling fans and all new rocker switches and outlets. They moved bath vanity lighting to the proper location and had excellent ideas for the installation. They worked out 3 job plans for me to choose from within my budget. Exceptional Customer service from start to finish, They have transformed my home, incredible changes to the atmosphere In my home. Exceptional Company, do not hesitate to hire Electrical Pros. Had a hot tub delivered, but couldn't get the ""preferred"" electrician to come out. Called Electrical Pros and they were out that afternoon to give me an estimate. They were $300 cheaper than the company GA Spa uses and we're out the very next day wiring everything. Very happy with the install and would highly recommend.

I used Electrical Pros to have a sump pump connected to the house. They came right out with a free quote, no pressure, he just walked me through what needed to be done. They then came out for the job and did very good work. When they were finished, they took me outside and explained what they did and what to expect. I will use them again for any electrical needs!
