Every staff member is very responsive and cordial. I had some lights put in as well as an additional outlet. From initial contact to job completion everyone was incredibly knowledgeable. I would Highly recommend Electrical Power Source! Jose came out first to give us a quote he's so friendly and knowledgeable and always explains step by step what would need to be done, Then Tim and Isaiah came out to install a new ceiling fan to our bedroom that never had one before and they changed a wall outlet.. From the moment I opened the door Tim and Isaiah were so friendly I showed them what needed to be done and they were on it! They answered all of my questions and made sure everything was done right! I love this company and will continue using them for all of our electrical needs! Thank you guys!

My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience with this company. Hired them to install dim lighting in our house and instead they damaged every single dim lighting they installed, starting with making the holes way to big and damaging the ceiling. Also, while doing the dim lighting installation the power went out twice. First time for an hour or so. They moved wires that were not to be touched because of our solar. Also, 1 of their workers came in smelling like weed. Very unprofessional company and their representatives. Total nightmare to say the least.

I hired Electrical Power Source to install 2 EV chargers. From the beginning, Jose was very attentive, came to my house at the time we agreed, listened to my requests and provided the right solutions for my car charging needs. I needed to update the estimate and make a change, which Jose was able to provide immediate feedback. Every time I talked to the dispatch lady, she was professional and had instant communication with the field guys. And the installation technicians did a fantastic job. Yesterday, they installed the charger that I bought myself and, so far, not problems. I will keep an eye to make sure there are not issues, but their work is guaranteed for 1 year.
Overall, I'm very happy with the work that Electrical Power Source did. I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted it done. I could not wait for my handy man. I thought they would do it faster considering I had more I wanted and needed done.

My experience with Electrical power Source was a very unpleasent experience. Let's get started, I hired the company to put in 33 recess lighting, 7 dimmers, 2 outlets and a ceiling fan and the total was a little over $5,300. Two workers showed up to start a one day installation service to my house and 1 of them was under the influence (weed). I immediately noticed when they started that the worker's were moving fast, making a lot of noise to install a dimmer in the bathroom and I immediately noticed that they damaged the wall, looked like someone took a hammer to it. As they proceed with the recess lighting, they drilled holes that were to big for the light fixtures. I left them alone in hope they were on planning on fixing the damages later. It only got worse. They had drilled little wholes in the ceiling claiming they did this to follow wiring to come through, which made no sense considering the wire was already in place. So, in one of my bathrooms, they cut a square whole into the wall claiming this. So, as they continued on with the work, it felt that they were purposely trying to fuck up my home. Almost every room they worked on was fucked up. Not kidding. I was like they hired monkey's with tools to do a job. A few hours later my power in half my home went out. He claimed that he started working on the electrical without turning off the switch. He starts to check what he did wrong. An hour later, still no electricity in my home. He then decided to check the wiring in my outside circuit board. He tells me that he has to move wires around to get the power back on and that the Solar company that I had for 4 year did it all wrong. I told him that it didn't makes sense, considering nothing was wrong with my wiring nor power until he started fucking with my home. His response was, ""this is the only way to have your power back on."" Now at this point, I am very upse. Getting angrier by the minute. I will spare you all the other crap. These pictures should tell everything.

Wait, at the end off this crazy ass fuck up. They had the nerve to ask for payment in full. Now, the bill went up another grand for extra lights and a dimmer switch that literally cost $25 dollars a piece. However, I asked for a total of 5 lights and one more dimmer. I asked about the damage to my little fixtures, ,walls, and ceiling. The worker proceed to informed me that I am responsible for fixing all the so-called little damages to my home and that it literally states that in the contract. I refused payment and demanded their boss to come check out the work that was done. The supervisor came out and assess the work that was done and apologized for all the damages done to my home and told me he will have one of their other guys to come fix some of the damaged walls, ceiling, etc. Well, that did not happen as you can see from the pictures. Now, the owner is involved. He comes out to see all the crap. He was apologetic for everything. Sorry not forgiving. I felt he was apologetic because he wanted his money.
So, I get this new bill sent to me over email. They increased the bill for another grand. The bill is now 2 grand over what I was quoted. At this point I am ready to take them to court. I refused to pay them a dime. I told them I need to have all the damages fixed as well as to have my solar company come out and fix whatever their employee did to my electrial wiring panel outside, as well as the inside of my home.



Now, they have fixed the walls that had holes. They tried fixing the badly damaged light switch, it's still looks bad. The electrical outlet is not fixed. However, however, they caused damages to the other side of the wall.
However, left a tornado of other issues with my home. I have never seen this type of shabby work in my life. This is my third home.

Again, they attempted to fix a few of the damages that they have caused. I feel the only reason why they tried to fix some of the damages, is because I had refused to pay them. We came to an agreement. However, I wish I had pursued legal action. I am still dealing with my outside electrical panel. The solar company came out and said the wires are not where they are supposed to be. That's another store.

Electrical Power Source is the best company I've dealt with. They responded within 1 day and quickly got my Generac Generator up and running with ease. They took the time to clean my generator and explain everything to me in regards to repairs. The cost was more than reasonable. Can't thank them enough in giving me peace of mind again to always have power to my property. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great service highly recommended! Contacted multiple electricians and couldn't find a company that installs poles for overhead service , most companies could only install the panel but electrical power source was able to install the pole, panel and came back to finish the rest of the job once the county inspected the work! Overall the process was smooth , Jose the service estimator was great he answered all my questions and made sure the project was handled in a timely matter. The workers were very friendly and answered any questions I had , they were respectful on the property and overall was a great experience, thank you again Electrical Power Source!
