We recently hired Alberto based on a neighbor's recommendation. We've had difficulty identifying talented, motivated, and fairly priced contractors in recent years, but were very happy to come across Alberto.

Alberto installed electrical outlets, switches, and specialized lighting in our theater room. This was no small feat because our lighting needs included swivel fixtures that needed to be installed in pinpoint locations that were difficult to access. Alberto navigated a range of technical problems that arose, particularly in wiring through a complicated wall cap and joist system, as well as through cabinetry boxes I was in the process of constructing. Alberto also talked through several ideas with me and provided excellent suggestions, even on aspects of the theater outside his hired scope of work.

Alberto finished the work on time and on budget. The end result appeared as if I hired an expensive company specializing in theater construction, but I never had to pay the hefty price tag those types of companies typically demand.

I was impressed with Alberto's expertise and work ethic, so I added several additional items to his scope of work while he was at our house. Alberto installed lighting and a dimmer switch in a window bench and cabinetry in my daughter's room as a reading nook. My daughter's reading nook was a project near and dear to my heart because I spent the better part of 2 years building it, so I was particularly picky about how the lighting's end result looked. Alberto nailed it....both the look and the functionality. We also asked him to install several ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout our home.

I have since asked Alberto to return to install additional chandeliers and ceiling fans at our home. Further, Alberto provided quotes on upgraded light switches, cat6 ethernet cable installation, and EV charger installation as future projects we intend to hire him for. We've enjoyed our experiences working with Alberto and have already passed his contact information to other homeowners seeking dependable, reasonably priced contractors.

I have had the privilege to work with Alberto over the past year in upgrading our primary residence. He has been thoughtful, technical, and thorough in his work. He worked diligently on all of our projects in a timely and efficient manner. Importantly, Alberto was reliable and I trusted him as he took pride in his work and the outcome.
