Nice guys. Got the job done. They do not charge by the hour, as other electricians do. They charge by each individual service. I had two guys here for two and a half hours. They added 5 outlets. Total charge: $700. From now on, I will ask everyone for an estimate over the phone -- before waiting weeks for them to show up and then getting surprised.

To follow up.... I live in Stuart, Fl.. Electrical Connections charged me $184.00 to come out and give me an estimate to replace a cable for my well water pump. The estimate was $2,100.00 for the cable and $940.00 for trench digging. Total $3,040.00... My son in law came over with a tic tracer and found the break in the line. I bought 100 feet of cable, only used 10 feet ($60.00) two connectors and waterproof shrink wrap. ($20.00). For $80.00 the problem was fixed. A savings of $2,960.00. Do yourselves a favor and don't call Electrical Connections.

Completely disappointed! This organization does not live up to its mission, vision or core values. They sent two individuals to my home for an assessment- and they could not complete what they came to do. They said they would get their boss to come out. Of course, I had to pay for their visit. I had to call the company two days later to ask their dispatch when the boss would come out. They said the boss was busy that day packing for a two week vacation and they would get back to me after he came back. Not reliable, not professional, not highly trained technicians, no customer peace of mind and I would never recommend this organization to anyone in my community. In fact, I will tell all that ask how this organization took my money while providing nothing in return. They do not live up to what they preach in their mission, vision or values.
