Victor did an excellent job with some recent electrical work we needed. This project was to add a washer & dryer to a 3rd floor unit in a 100+ year old building in SF. We initially thought we needed a panel upgrade for the new circuit. During his initial visit to provide an estimate he was by far the most knowledgeable of the electricians, and he walked us through the pros and cons of what our options were. Most electricians weren't interested in the job or gave outrageous quotes. We ended up finding a solution that was workable and didn't require an extensive amount of work, the whole project only took one day (with a lot of work on tall ladders). Communication was great via text or call when needed.

I'd definitely use Victor again for any future electrical work.

We hired Victor and the team at Electrical Assistance to split the electric meter in our garage in San Francisco. This was one of the requirements of converting our tenancy in common (TIC) into a condo. Like everything that needs government approval, it was WAY more complicated than we could have imagined. The project ended up being a huge pain in the butt!

The silver lining is that Victor was amazing throughout the process. He's efficient, highly communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the project done. Even though we had a ton of bottlenecks from PG&E, Victor made sure we got it done right and was extremely fair in his pricing. Can't thank him enough and highly recommend working with him & the team!

We just bought an old 1950s house that needed quite a bit of electrical work done and luckily found Victor to do the work. He upgraded our service from 100amps to 200amps and performed a number of other things to get our house in proper order. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly honest in his work. We're hoping to have him back when we remodel the house down the road. Just because we now have the time doesn't mean we now have the ability.

Someone in my household decided to fix a little electrical problem on his own and the next thing I knew, an entire wall of electrical outlets was non-functional and an electrical cord now snaked out from behind my refrigerator to an outlet on the other side of the room. This was not the look I was going for.

Electrical Assistance to the rescue.

The last time I'd needed an Electrician the soonest I could get one was weeks out. I hedged my bets and contacted three well-reviewed Electricians (including the company I'd hired previously) and Electrical Assistance (Victor) was the first to respond. That evening, via text, he told me he could fix the problem, estimated the cost, and told me I should call in the morning to get an appointment for two days later.

The other two electricians responded to my call, but not until about 1 day later.

Electrical Assistance showed up on time - early, actually, with advance notice - fixed my problem in 1 hour ($185/1st hour, $150/hour thereafter), and left their work space neat and orderly. Victor and his assistant were masked and respectful of social distancing. Everything about the experience was nothing short of perfect.

Save the electrical work to an experienced pro. I have found my - and maybe your - new electrician.

Victor has helped me twice recently, both times on short notice. The first time was to take a look at my generator transfer switch before I purchased a portable generator. Victor checked it out (without charge) and confirmed I was all set. Then I bought a generator and asked him to rewire the circuits connected to the transfer switch. He did a thorough, precise job at a very reasonable rate. I'll be calling Victor the next time I need electrical help.

For each appointment he either showed up on time, or called to let us know he was slightly delayed. (This was because of the good service he was providing to another customer.) When he arrived, he was respectful of our COVID needs, wearing a mask the entire time, and respecting distancing needs. His work was prompt, skilled, and completed in a timely way.
