Victor is the most responsible, honest and knowledgeable electrian I have ever met. He was prompt to response and showed up at my house within 2 hours after I texted him. He listened carefully to my problem and explained how things work when charging an EV at home. He combined his experience of EV and his professional knowledge to troubleshoot the issue. He followed fundamental troubleshooting steps and we solved the issue without introducing any cost or replacement of anything. He kept his promise of free estimate in Marin County and without charging me for troubleshooting and solving the problem. He is the electrician I will definitely recommend to friends and families.
