I had Electrica install a Level 2 charging port for my electric vehicle. They were very focused on quality as well as safety.
Nick came out for the initial consult and Max did the install. Both were incredibly nice, professional and hard working. Nick also took time to explain the process to me as it is not something I am familiar with. They were incredibly punctual and efficient and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again!

Nik came out right away and discovered a melted receptacle and replaced it with the correct receptacle for our EVC, he also replaced the correct breakers in our breaker box. As some of the other reviewers stated, he is fast and reasonably priced. He is also Tesla certified. He explained thoroughly what he was doing and how to safely charge our cars. I highly recommend Nik with Electrica.

We worked with Nick from Electrica to install the Tesla Level 2 charger and the Neurio Load balancer at our house. Nick first came over to inspect the panel and the location of the installation and gave us a quote. His quote was reasonable compared to what I heard from colleagues and reading online forums. He also did a great job of explaining the installation and city permitting process to me. So we decided to go ahead with him to get the installation done.

After we made our decision, Nick was able to accommodate us quickly for an installation the very next day. He arrived right on the clock at the promised time and got started with his work. As some one who likes to observe and ask a lot of questions when getting things fixed at my home, I naturally asked Nick many question about why he was doing something the way he was doing and so on, and Nick was kind enough to answer all of my questions. He completed the installation and walked me through how he had programmed the wall charger and Neurio load balancer to work well with my sub-panel limit. I decided get the city permit myself (and I'm working on the same right now) and I'm hoping that will go smoothly too.

The Electrica team was fast, hard working, reasonably priced, and very friendly! I reached out to them through Yelp regarding 1) broken outlets, 2) broken lights, 3) installing a Tesla wall charger and 4) installing new outlets in the house.

Nick got back to me in 15 minutes and had Max at my house diagnosing the issues within an hour and a half. He always wore shoe coverings in the house too which was very appreciated! One by one, he fixed all the broken outlets in the house and also found some inefficient electrical wiring along the way. After 2 hours, Max and Nick walked me through the game plan and cost of installing an EV charger, adding the new outlets, and fixing the inefficient wiring in my house. The cost was reasonable and so after giving them the go ahead, Max worked full steam to get the work done. He didn't leave until he finished what he needed to do!

Everything was completed by the following evening and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this team! Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Electrica installing a Tesla Universal Wall Charger in an older house with only 100amp service. Nick responded very quickly with an estimate that was very reasonable compared to others. Andrew did the work, replacing my old 100amp service breaker, installing the Tesla/Neurio load balancer (required because of the low 100amp house service), new 60amp sub-panel, and the EV wall charger. Nick also handled the permit with Santa Clara County which took a few days but worked out well.
