It takes a lot to impress me but I must say Electric Unlimited exceeded my expectations! The quote they gave me for the electrical portion of my remodel was very reasonable. The crew showed up on time, kept their nose to the grindstone and were flexible when the tile company I had hired skipped out on me, delaying my project by a few weeks. The progressive lighting, switches, outlets and smoke detectors they installed are stellar. They basically helped to make my remodel vision a reality.

I would highly recommend Don Romero and Electric Unlimited. They are a professional and ethical company that gets the job done in a timely manner and at a fair price!

I wanted to get my panel upgraded from a 60 amp to 200 amp and also have a 100 amp subpanel put in my garage along with a 220 volt plug. I contacted about four electricians to give me a bid and Don came in the cheapest. Don arrived on time to give me the estimate and explained everything to me in great detail. It took about 3 weeks to get started not because of Don but because of SDGE. Don called me the day before the scheduled date and said he would be at my house around 7:30am. The next day he showed up on time and they immediately got to work. By 2pm the power was back on, the new panel installed, the subpanel installed, 220v plug installed, and I was one happy customer! He even let me know about a few safety concerns he had about some previous work that had been done by another company. The one thing that I can't stand about contractors doing work on my house is leave a mess. I didn't have that problem with Electric Unlimited! There wasn't any wire clippings, screws, there wasn't even stucco dust on the top of my new panel! I wish all contractors were like Don and his crew at Electric Unlimited! I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

I needed some work done to our new home and Don was great from the start. When he came to do an estimate he took the time to explain his recommendations and what the work would entail. Along with his very competitive prices, he gave me some alternatives that allowed me to stay within budget. He finished the work within the timeframe he said he would and all the work looked and worked perfectly. I would definitely use him again.

After all of these years, we finally have a proper home team to take care of all of our projects ... thanks to Yelp, we just found an excellent plumber and now we have Don and Electric Unlimited. We've used several electricians over the years and it's always communication problems (Superior) or a clown show (Fidelity) among other issues.

Don and Electric Unlimited are EXACTLY what we've needed for the past five years ... Don is responsive with a can-do attitude backed up by hard work and a very fair price. He literally just left here after dark at 6:50pm to make sure his installation of our new exterior floodlights worked fine and were properly adjusted. Don went way above the call of duty by accommodating our needs and we are just thrilled with his work.

Use my bad experiences as a lesson and don't waste your time with anyone else ... Don and Electric Unlimited are as good as it gets.

I reluctantly called Don after one of our breakers went out. Don showed up, immediately found the problem (of which I was too poorly versed to see), explained it, and left without charging a dime.

I would like to give the highest compliment to Don for coming to my condo and discovering the problem with my outlets today. My bathroom, hallway and half of the master bedroom was without electricity for almost 2 days. I had let it go a month prior because the lights came back on, but now decided I needed someone who knew what they were doing and he surely did. He was here promptly, explained everything he was doing, he even crawled under the condo to figure out the problem. He discovered it was an outlet in my bedroom and showed me exactly what was happening to cause the lights to go out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a very knowledgeable electrician and he has excellent people skills.

Don did a great job for us! We are selling our house and needed some repairs done to our pool equipment. Don took the time to call the building inspector and make sure that everything was completed as per the inspection report. He was very thorough and easy to work with. I got his recommendation from two other teachers that I work with. Don was punctual as well and called to let me know when he was on his way. The cost of his work was ver reasonable as well!
